“I purchased a ring for my wife for her birthday. I ordered it months in advance to make sure it arrived here in the US on time to give it to her. When she tried it on, I realized I had purchased the wrong size. I contacted Claddagh Jewelers to see about exchanging it for a larger size and was told that the ring had been discontinued. Thats when I heard from Maureen. She, on her own, contacted the ring manufacturer and had a VERY similar ring made in the size I needed, at no charge to me, and sent me pictures of it to compare. My original order was placed well outside of their refund/exchange policy, yet Maureen went far above and beyond to personally help me, and make sure I was a satisfied customer. I cannot say enough about her uncompromising alacrity to go the extra mile for a simple customer. We emailed back and forth about a dozen times, and I inevitably sent the original ring back to her, and received the new one within a week. Everything went off without a hitch. Maureen should be commended for her efforts. I am amazed at her eagerness to help satisfy a customer who, of no fault of her own, simply ordered the wrong thing. She worked diligently to rectify the situation, and her communication we me was flawless. I am a very happy, and appreciative customer who will DEFINITELY use Claddagh Jewelers for future purchases. She deserves more than 5 stars. Maureen, if your reading this... You're awesome.”

“This was my second purchase made while visiting Ireland. First in Galway then Dublin. Both times I received great service from both stores and now I have two pieces of jewellery to look back on the memories I made while traveling. My most recent purchase made in Dublin was wonderful. My friend wanted to find a specific style of ring but we got to the store 10 mins before closing. The ladies working were wonderful and helped us past closing hours and didn't make us feel rushed at all. We both left happy with something to cherish forever. Great quality of products as well!”

“I was having trouble with my debit card making a purchase overseas. It was absolutely my fault. This morning I received two emails a confirmation of purchase email and a confirmation of shipment email. I misunderstood the two and Rachel who was my customer service rep was so patient and understanding and very timely with her emails. She was so understanding with the fact that I wanted to double, triple even quadruple check my order. The ring looks fantastic my girlfriend will love the surprise. Will definitely be using Claddagh Jewellers for any and all Jewelry needs!”
