I was fed up of claims companies ringing so in the end I said ok. I knew I hadn’t had any PPI and I was correct - all the hassle of paperwork and phone calls and nothing - I wish claims companies would believe me!!!

I had a phone call from this company out the blue. I know what these calls are all about and I didn't want it... I immediately asked for my name to be removed from the marketing database - my legal right. The caller, "Lee" said "You listen to what I've got to say and then I might remove your name" ... So this company are trying to blackmail me into my legal right to have my data deleted? Reporting this to the hills.

In reply to you reply Kylie . You haven't acknowledged the amount of phone calls your advisor made which didn't get answered. If you look at some of the 5 star remarks there are a lot of people unhappy not only with the constant calls but the 30% cut your company takes

Ms Amos, rebecca placed 3 calls to you one on monday , one on thursday and one on friday, the call recordings are on your account, and show as a footprint, they can be attached to this review upon your request so the general public can hear how professional our staff are. You appear to be targeting rebecca, when infact she has worked within policy. You didnt have a problem with us as a company until you were contacted regarding payment. In relation to the 30% fee, you were made a ware of this on your initial call, we have to be transparent in relation to fees as we are a regulated industry, you signed our terms of business, you agreed to the fee, if you were unhappy with this nobody forced you to go ahead? continuing to place negaitive reviews is not really very nice. I think the more people read your negativity it becomes apparent that your problem was with payment. I wish to maintain professionalism throughout and would prefer you to respond by email direct or indeed by all means call me, you have my direct line. Thank you

Unprofessional, harassment I was called everyday by Rebecca who was my case worker . Taking my complaint further & I suggest to everyone whose not happy get in touch with the ombudsman. We are paying for a smooth supportive & professional service not harassment & downright rudeness. If people get in touch with the ombudsman this kind of company will have to address its issues or be shut down !

Ms Amos, thank you for taking time out of your day to leave a review, I would also like to express my disappointment that you have left a review which is very negative towards Hardwick Financial Solutions Ltd as you know whilst you are in business yourself that this can be very damaging. From everything I have reviewed and listened to again we have been very professional throughout. I take into consideration your remarks regarding the handful of 1 star reviews and may I add that it is impossible to make everybody happy and I welcome all reviews and indeed the good and bad, this only shows that we are real company and that we care and will always endeavour to improve. The majority of people that tend to leave bad reviews come with their own circumstance and not everyone wishes to pay their invoices and those people like to shout about it, however I do truly believe that the many many 5 star reviews can’t all be disillusioned. kindest regards Kylie Sheedy Ops Director

soon as I got the payment I was hounded by telephone calls whilst at work on my mobile and messages on my landline when I got home from work. then because i did not ring you the next day you sent me a message to say you would take legal action if I did not pay it by close of business that day. for Gods sake people have more important things going on in their lives. 30% plus vat is a joke anyway. i did not think i was eligible or i would have done it myself or used a company that charge 20% plus vat. definitely wont be recommending you to anyone!!!

Good evening Ms Padden, thanks for the review, We make it no secret that you can indeed claim back your own ppi, however we have many customers who have advised they have tried and failed , then we have been successful. We are very transparent in relation to fees/charges and you do indeed have a 14 day cooling of period. We don't normally receive negative reviews until the final stages of the claim, and I know that sometimes when an invoice is presented its not always welcome. However I am confident in the professionalim of the staff and that we do deliver what is required. I am sorry you feel that its not been a process you have enjoyed. Kind regards Kylie Ops Director

Got fake information from the bank the bank will not give out information I have never had a card with Barclays that means you that means you must be cancelled agreement because you have fake information that means I do not owe you nothing because you have done none of the work the police have told me you are a fake company do not trust

Good afternoon Ms Babington. I have tried to call you to discuss your concerns, I have reviewed your file. I am not quite sure why you feel we are fake, we can only progress the claims from the information the bank and yourself give us. If you would like to take the time to peruse our review site you will establish that we have many many happy customers and work hard to retain a excellent customer service. and even though we may have very small percentage of 1 - 3 star reviews this only show that we are a real company and not everyone is always happy, but each claim and customer has its own set of circumstance. I am appalled the way i have been treated, for you to threaten me with collection department for an Invoice i NEVER received is beyond belief. I would never not pay my debt and if one would have been sent to me it would have been paid!! I would never recommend your company to anyone ever again

Thank you for your feedback Mrs Brown, the invoicing side of the redress is always difficult as there are time frames for payment and occassionally the banks run overdue and the information is not recieved, however the customer then already has their funds. Once the information is input the system will recognise dates and will issue the relevant collection letter or text. In most cases the customer has already called to advise funds have been recieved and payment has been made before this happens. I apologise if you have been offended by the process but is difficult to tailor the system to individual circumstance. Kindest regards Kylie Ops Director.

Awful company!!! Was harassed from the very beginning for paperwork. Then I received a payment for my claim and then the harrasment began again for payment was even threatened with further again despite having only received my payment a few days prior

my last two claims have been full of issues you are mean't to talking to finical ombudsman on capital one claim but heard nothing and five months now still waiting for burtons and curry's which you were waiting for offers but seems to be taking forever last spoke to some one in march

Having put up with a barrage of annoying callers over the years we eventually gave in after an uninvited call from Hardwick. My wife and I spent ages on the phone going through all our previous addresses and bank accounts and and mortgages. They sent out letters for us to sign which had a lot of mistaken details including wrong addresses or addresses missing completely. We rang up to correct them and they sent out more letters with lots of mistakes some of them the same ones. This seemed to go on for months were they would send a letter and we would send it back with corrections. It was obvious that they were so intent on getting to their next call they were not listening to what we were telling them. We then stopped getting calls for a while and we thought they had gone away. Out of the blue they started ringing again on my phone asking for my wife. She was always at work and they would promise to ring back in the evening. She would stay in for the call which never arrived. This happened on over 10 occasions. They would always ring back the next dat , during working hours , and ask to speak to my wife. At no time did we ever receive information regarding any claims. Following one call I made the mistake of letting them look at a packaged bank account with the Royal Bank of Scotland. You would think I had learned wouldn't you. After agreeing for them to claim on my behalf I received a letter for me to sign. Guess what. All the addresses with regard to that account were missing. Following a lengthy phone call speaking to several different people I politely asked them to cancel that claim and leave us alone saying i didn't want any further contact. I received two phone calls within the next half hour asking if they could continue the claim. We then had about a month without calls when suddenly i received a call on my phone asking to speak to my wife. I pointed out that she was at work. He said he would ring back between 6 and 7pm and that he was from the Hardwick group. I pointed out that my wife often stayed in for calls from them that never arrived. but he promised that he would. He didn't. The next day a lady rang. I went through the whole catalogue of incompetence that we had to put up with for months. She apologised and agreed that we would never be called again. The next day i received a cold call from a man who wanted to advise us regarding the miss selling of PPI. I informed him that we had had enough of cowboy companies especially one called the Hardwick group. I asked if had heard of them. He replied " I'M RINGING FROM THE HARDWICK GROUP." Where is Esther Rantzen when you need her. He agreed we would not be called again. To be fair there were only 2 further calls that day trying to rescue the situation. One from a very nice young lady was very informative. She stated that our claims could very well have been rejected due to wrong information on the claim forms and that banks don't give out reasons for rejecting claims. Mmm could have sent out the letters ourselves with accurate information and could have been successful who knows. We then had a week without calls before a trainee rang with a cold call about PPI. As I was about to launch into a tirade of abuse his trainer came on the line and got it both barrels. He agreed we shouldn't have been called and promised to have our number taken off the data base and there would no further calls. No wrong we have had one further call asking us if we are interested in taking out PPI claims. She was a lovely lady called Sharon who offered her sincere apologies and informed us we would receive no further calls. That was 2 days ago and so far so good

As you can probably see from the review website its very rare we receive a bad review and this is because of the time and effort we put into making sure that our custoemr comes first throughout the process. Your advisor just put the phone down on me. He introduced himself and asked how I was. When I said I'm alright he put the phone down. Time wasters, not professional. Do not call me again!!

I only went with Hardwick because they were constantly pestering my husband about it after he used them! After I recieved the offer from the bank I was constantly pestered with texts and phone calls before I had even recieved the cheque. THEN the invoice arrived giving me 7 days from funds being credited to make payment os nearly 1300 GBP and a threat for high court enforcement. Would never recommend any of these companies to act for me or anyone else EVER. If there is a next time, I'll do it myself and I'll save a fortune. PPI companies need stricter regulations, total robbers all of tgem.!!!!!

I have reviewed your account and I am unsure why you feel there has been too much contact or why you are now unhappy with our service. We have completed 9 successful claims on your behalf? Last offer dated 10 November first call to you commenced on the 21 November, whereby you sent rather an assertive text? between 10 November up until you made payment 34 days elapsed... we made 8 calls followed by a contact text equating to 9 ... you have NEVER picked up your phone and responded, I have received 3 assertive texts. You chose to accept our service and we have been successful with your claim and you have received a substantial amount. I am sorry you feel that there is a justification for a bad review, but they are far and few between and the majority of customers have enjoyed the customer journey with ourselves. Constant hassling from Hardwick from start to finish. Messages, phonecalls chasing up the forms etc. The 2 companies I received money back from, contacted me direct, with the forms to complete. Basically Hardwick did not do any of the 'leg work' They charge 30% for sitting on the phone harassing people. When I got a letter informing me that I had mis-sold PPI (from the companies direct) and would be receiving cheques. I got a letter days later from Hardwick telling me the same. Then before I received the cheques, I had Hardwick constantly phoning, texting, leaving messages looking for there money. Daily this happened.

unprofessional , only contacted me and updated when they wanted infromation and not to keep me updaed with the situtaion.. very rude when one settlement had been agreed about paying the the bill which i had not recieved the advisor was very abrupt and not helpful all in all i think the service was terrible
