“I ordered one of their hoodies on oct 30th 2020. Everytime i checked the same message " your item is next in line to be shipped, we will not send any updates until it ships" was there. Well within the last week I have ordered handguns, mags, and plates/carriers and have recieved them all as of today. I will be canceling my order with classic firearms tomorrow. I should have read the poor reviews prior to any purchase from them. They are horrendous. I'm fortunate I didn't make a large purchase. I would not recommend them after my experience, and reading other reviews.”

“Sent me the wrong item, correct gun but not as advertised, had trouble working with person I talked to, he was very vague and did not know the return details, I will never deal with them again, and you should also beware, oh yea they also changed my review they asked for in favor of them, didn't use any of my words”

“I bought 4 items and just one of them is in a good condition! Bad items: 1. AK-47 Yugo R72B1 RPK - Style rifle with cracked receiver furniture, deformed front aiming sight and missing cleaning rod! 2. AK-47 100 rounds drum magazine made in South Korea with not working release spring, jamming almost all rounds, so I need to open cover clips to get round out the magazine neck! 3. AK-47 75 rounds drum magazine with not working spring ratchet or spring tension holder with a deformed follower section as result of that defect. I asked for a prepaid labels to send back those 2 drums! I paid very high rated shipping fee to get my items in excellent condition, but I got a junk! Why I have to be punished as a customer for a bad items Classic firearms sent to me? Where is Classic firearms responsibility for a bad products they send. I need a full refund without any 15% restocking fee, no 3 % credit transfer fee! It's a Classic firearms falt, so I have to get prepaid labels! Classic firearms doesn't want to send a missing cleaning rod for the rifle I bought or at least some cleaning kit for it! My conclusion: Classic firearms is a scam company without any responsibility for a bad products. Classic firearms steals customers money and sends a junk. As a blogger I am going to warn all community from buying their products and show them all junk I got for my money . I'm also going to inform FBI about that company as a criminal company! I never thought Classic firearms company practices so dirty business methods! This is a real crime to rubber people by 15 % restocking fee, 3% credit card transfer, shipping fee for junk distribution!”

“My order was placed 18 October. Today is 2 Nov and my order still hasn't been shipped. So much for 5 to 10 days. Once again, no customer service contact possible. Don't answer emails, get recording "you are caller 20" when calling tech support. Date today is 2 Nov, time is 17:05. Called again today at 16:30 and received a message that they were closed.”

“Ordered ammo on the 18th of October. Still haven't shipped and cant get through to customer service via email or phone. All I want is assurance they have the ammo on hand and are going to ship my order, but no commo with them can be effected. They calm they will ship in 5 to 10 days, that isn't the truth. Hoping to get my ammo or a refund, we will see.”

“Got a 30rd sks metal magazine alltogether bout 30$ it is the worst product ive ever ordered online the bullets hang up in it the spring gets stuck doesnt work none whatsoever and the piece that holds the clip in fell off”

“Ordered a firearm and mags on Sept. 5 called several times & was told the mags were coming from another warehouse and that was delaying the order. Was told an email was being sent to the warehouse manager and that the firearm was held for me. (After my purchase, it was sold out online) I never got a reply and placed yet another call, only to be told that there was an “ inventory discrepancy” and that my order was being canceled. Waited for almost a month to get absolutely nothing. Stay far away from them! 0 stars if I could.”

“Wish I had read the reviews first. 10 days after I submitted my order, it still hasn't even been filled. Glad I got taken for a small amount and not like some of these other guys. What a joke.”

“This Company is a joke! Sent me a heavily dented AK drum mag and shipped it back just to recieve another dented one a month and a half later. Now they want me to return again? Bad for business. Will shop elsewhere!”

“My order went to a bad address and they would not take the time to change the shipping address which ultimately resulted in Fed ex shipping it back to their vendor. Its been over 30 days and still no refund or product. After waiting on hold for 40 minutes I was unable to get s refund date. Stay away from them!! Classic Firearms is horrible!”

“I ordered a Canik pistol in early July 2020 from Classic Firearms. Three days later I received an email informing me that the order was cancelled because of an"inventory discrepancy". I emailed to confirm the cancellation to which they replied confirmation of the cancellation. So I purchased the same firearm from a different vendor. THEN Classic Firearms sent the pistol to my FFL!! I told CF that I would not accept the order because I had already purchased the gun from another vendor due to the "cancellation". They sent an RMA and return shipping label to my FFL and the item was received back by Classic Firearms in late July. I contacted them and they told me it would take 5-7 days to process my refund. I NEVER RECEIVED THE REFUND so I finally called my credit card company late August to dispute the charge. I also filed a complaint with the BBB. Classic Firearms customer service is ridiculously bad. Believe all the bad online reviews and STAY AWAY!”

“The worst customer service and deceptive purchasing practices. They list a firearm in stock, you purchase and charge the purchase on your card, which is debited immediately. They inform you TEN days later after the purchase that the firearm is not in stock and cancel your order. Now you have to wait several days for your card to be credited. In the meantime you may have had an opportunity to purchase elsewhere. Aftermath, they not care about you. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM CLASSIC FIREARMS ! DO THE RESEARCH AND SEE ALL THE COMPLAINTS ONLINE !”

“About a hundred round drum for my AR-15 the day that I got it it malfunction I sent it back a month ago they claim to be backlogged now I know why their products sucks oh and on top of that they can't find my box so now I'm having to wait for them to get off their ass and do something I've called them they said they're waiting to restock it but when I write write the service people they send me the same thing every time takes two to three weeks and as soon as it's done this to me my money it's been a month do not waste your money on these worthless company”
