“Very good service. Fast response and helped us, even though it was for one small part for an existing clock we own. If they go to that much trouble for a small sale, I imagine they go out of their way for everyone. Thanks.”

“I spoke with Kate on the phone regarding the order I thought I had placed the day before. It seems I did not complete the order and in discussions with Kate realised I had ordered a clock movement which would not have been suitable for my project. With her directions, I have now ordered the correct one plus hands to suit (which I had forgotten about) so my experience has now been a happy one, thanks to Kate and her patience.”

“Hello my name is Maria I was the person who made the purchase. My grand daughter loves her music box. This was my fourth gift purchase from your shop. I love the fact that it’s all made in Europe and not china as I know the quality is great and original. Thankyou”
