Clock Shop takes you on an incredible journey into the world of clocks. From mechanical cuckoo clocks and chiming grandfather clocks to watches, music boxes and anniversary clocks, there are literally hundreds of clocks to see and choose from.

As well as clocks, there is a fabulous range of German made weather instruments, barometers and weather houses, German souvenirs, beer steins, European Christmas decorations including nutcrackers, smoking men and Christmas pyramids.

If you're visiting South East Queensland the Clock Shop in Montville is truly iconic and a must see.

“I called several times, with the promise of a callback that never happened. I emailed with limited success and finally I contacted you guys through eBay. I eventually got and order underway and delivered. Everyone was polite and when I actually spoke to someone, helpful.”

Dear Ben, Thank you for taking time to provide feedback. I understand our staff were polite and helpful however our service did not meet your expectations and I apologise for that. I am unaware of the callback that didn't take place however your follow up email to the phone call, with the required photos to provide parts for the cuckoo clock you purchased from a thrift shop, was acknowleged and a reply was issued on the same day. I was unsure of the compatability of the new parts with the clock you had acquired and took time to investigate this. With your other parts you received a pair of hands for your clock free of charge, all for a total of $12.95 including postage. Your parts were received in WA (sent from QLD) in 11 business days from your initial enquiry. While this might have been longer than what you were expecting, my staff and I work tirelessly to deliver the best service we can in a timely manner. Leading up to Christmas is a busy period and I am pleased that we were able to respond, investigate and deliver your order in such a short time. There is always room for improvement and we will continue to accept feedback and make the necessary changes to provide the best customer experience possible. Thank you for your support.
