As well as clocks, there is a fabulous range of German made weather instruments, barometers and weather houses, German souvenirs, beer steins, European Christmas decorations including nutcrackers, smoking men and Christmas pyramids.

“Hello my husband and I visited in Fri.We were welcomed and was treated very greatfully.We were on our way from Brisbane to harveybay to stay with friends We purchased two clock .One was a gift for our friends in harveybay .When we gave them the clock it did not work so we were very upset about that .We bought the clock back in yesterday and was replaced as we bought a clock that didn't work .We are yet to start our other clock so hopefully that will be ok as that was the more expensive one .Anyway we will be back to buy more goods as we love your shop.Have a good day .”

Thank you Lynette. I am really sorry the clock you purchased for your friends was faulty. I completely understand why you felt upset. We love our clocks and the quality is amazing however like any industry, we do encounter a very small percentage of products with faults and do our very best to resolve these issues quickly for our customers. Most products have a two-year warranty which provides a fair amount of time should a manufacturing issue become apparent. “As a non-technical person, I was worried when I discovered that a movement had died. The website was particularly helpful, with a step-by-step video of what to do, and what to look for. On that basis, I confidently ordered a replacement movement (which arrived promptly)and successfully installed it. The clock is back on the wall.”
