Clock Shop takes you on an incredible journey into the world of clocks. From mechanical cuckoo clocks and chiming grandfather clocks to watches, music boxes and anniversary clocks, there are literally hundreds of clocks to see and choose from.

As well as clocks, there is a fabulous range of German made weather instruments, barometers and weather houses, German souvenirs, beer steins, European Christmas decorations including nutcrackers, smoking men and Christmas pyramids.

If you're visiting South East Queensland the Clock Shop in Montville is truly iconic and a must see.

“Very helpful. I had been searching online to source a piece of catgut to get a vintage weather house repaired and they were able to supply me a short length at reasonable cost. Saved me many more hours of searching.”

“I bought a cuckoo clock from The Clock Shop online for my mum. The clock is even more stunning than what I imagined, it’s one thing seeing a picture and another thing holding it in your hands. Absolutely beautiful craftsmanship and fantastic service. I highly recommend this business for anyone that respects hand carved clocks and other items. It’s worth saving up the money for something that you can really admire. My mum will really love this gift. Thank you! ❤️”

“The product was not calibrated and not only that postage was very expensive. I was also a bit disappointed that even though I had given the correct address. I had to check the security cameras to see when the deliveryman parked on the street to get my package and then ask my neighbour did they get my package by mistake and they had already opened it.”

Thank you for your feedback Catherine. We really appreciate that you have taken time to provide details of your experience. I would like to take this opportunity to provide a little calrification that might help you. The barometer is calibrated at 0 meters above sea level in Germany. It is shipped to us here where we are based in Montville, Queensland which is over 500m above sea level. This variation in altitude causes the air pressure to drop and therfore they read 'inaccurately' while here in our warehouse. So it is not possible to re-calibrate the barometer at altitude and then send it to a customer at a different altitude as it will then be inaccurate again. This is why they must be calibrated or set when your first get the weather instrument. I apologise for any confusion regarding the setup. Unfortunately your experience with the courier is out of our control but we really value this feedback. It helps us to choose our carriers based on their performance and customer satisfaction so thank you again. The shipping costs are clearly displayed and in every case approved by the customer before submitting their order. All of our consignments are shipped fully insured against loss or damage and I am of the opinion that $25 for shipping including insurance is not excessive to Carins. Thank you for your support and I am very sorry that this shopping experience was not as positive as you had hoped.
