“I bought a pour over kettle as a present and it arrived very promptly. However, it was delivered on a Saturday and the birthday boy was out and they had to collect the item from the local Post Office on the Monday. I addressed it to him but my name also appeared on the parcel :(. In saying this, I really enjoyed ordering through Coffee Parts and the communications were really good.”

“The biggest problem was getting in contact with someone, it took me 2 days. I rang, left messages and sent an email. Once I got to talk to someone, it was fine. I received my part the next day.”

“Ordered a short milk thermometer. The correct item was delivered promptly. The only down-side is that freight on low cost items is a significant proportion of the order cost. So, maybe a "budget freight option" would be good?”

“Coffee parts have always been a great supplier for consumables and things that I need for my business. The website is easy to Navigate to purchase things online and when needed to pick up from. Coffee Parts Direct. Upon pick up of the items that I needed staff attended quickly. However, they seemed to be not as friendly as usual? However Bay we're very efficient. I'll be back!”

“Good online business. Some of the parts I needed were out of stock (due to COVID), so a bit of delay in getting things. Be aware, "same day dispatch" does not exist for this company.”
