“Understandable in the Covid environment that we had to wait longer than expected for the product to arrive. Item is fine, but we have to cut each filter to fit in our coffee device, which was also unexpected.”

“The correct part arrived and fitted perfectly. Plenty of detail on the website to select the correct part and part number. Delivery was a little pricey for the size of the part, probably could have come via regular post, reasonable price for courier delivery. Overall very happy.”

“After many years of use I needed to replace some worn parts in the E61 group head on my Isomac Tea espresso machine. After searching online I found that Coffee Parts had what I wanted at very competitive prices. It was about three days from order to door. The parts supplied were what I consider of a very high quality. Overall the process was easy, quick and reasonably priced. Will use them again.”

“Great service, prompt attention to the order, ability to track the order in transit. I would have given an extra star but for one annoying problem: As a returning customer, your system does not/will not recognize my password. I have to go in and re-set my password - every time I place an order; Most annoying !!”
