“Understandable in the Covid environment that we had to wait longer than expected for the product to arrive. Item is fine, but we have to cut each filter to fit in our coffee device, which was also unexpected.”

“There was a delay in receiving my order but informed the company that I cannot complete a product review as I haven’t received the item. Prompt response have been received and I finally received the order today. I understand the delay in AUS post due to covid but I appreciate the action been made by the company to inquire where my order is so that is a tick for me. And I can see that it was processed straight away in NSW as soon as I place my order so will definitely order again.”

“One part of my order wasn't in stock & this wasn't indicated at the time I purchased, however, the follow up customer service to advise it is on backorder and to arrange for the rest of my order to be sent was prompt. Only COVID19 and shipping delays from Italy to blame really.”

“Checkout was easy, postage was fast and the product is amazing. The only suggestion that I could make for my own shopping experience, would have been the option to "send as gift," so I knew the product wouldn't arrive with an itemised invoice. Turns out, it didn't anyway. But it would have saved me double-handling when posting it on. Other than that small suggestion: brilliant! I'll be buying from Coffee Parts again And I've already recommended them to other coffee lovers.”

“After many years of use I needed to replace some worn parts in the E61 group head on my Isomac Tea espresso machine. After searching online I found that Coffee Parts had what I wanted at very competitive prices. It was about three days from order to door. The parts supplied were what I consider of a very high quality. Overall the process was easy, quick and reasonably priced. Will use them again.”

“very good. Only slight problem with one person saying we had to buy the lid with the part and the other person saying that no we didn't. Also on the home page it said that the part we were requesting was not available, when it was. apart from these slight glitches it was all good. The part was sent quickly and efficiently and we are pleased. Thankyou”

“Package was delivered in good condition however the box was too small for the items and the box was bulging. It was lucky not to be damaged in transit. Items arrived in good time and I love the products.”

“Good selection of parts and good response times. Would be helpful to have a little blurb or some technical help when there are several parts (gaskets for me) that are similar but not the same. Definitely will use in the future.”
