“The screw had a round slotted head, that meant if it was stuck hard to remove with a screw driver you couldn't put a socket/spanner on it to remove.besides that great product and service.”

“I have a 15yr old e61 Group head water tank contained, BFC Junior Plus Machine bought in Sydney. Apart from normal (seals and gaskets and routine cleaning) maintenance no other repairs. Finally a major reburbishment became necessary because of worn out componentry. I contacted Coffee Parts, spoke with Danny and gave in part numbers for the job. These people were efficient, customer friendly and had all parts, except for an intank water softener filter. This was very inconvenient and had to be sourced from mail order in Brisbane. A very surprising development considering all the other parts in stock. Prices are fair and customer care was great. I would use their service again. Almost excellent!”

“My order was easy to place, and came in the mail quite quickly. The shaker fits the bill nicely. Not so sure about the barrage of emails that have come since my order; I'm just buying some kit from you guys, not marrying you!”

“Great packaging, great delivery support. I wish the customer support team is more friendly, the quick email answers are abit too direct requiring to go additional back and forth. I wish the shipping fee can be reduced too, especially for smaller item purchases. Each time im required to add extra things into the cart just to justify the shipping fee.”

“Great product (but not in stock) The Moccamaster one cup has been a great edition to the house. The only issue was that the colour I ordered was not in stock. When ordering, not sure if I didn't realise it was pre-order or if the company didn't realise its stock availability. . But had a waiting period to get the item. They communicated well with me. And they offered another colour (which I declined). Overall, I got the product and was pleased with it. Just the delay was a bit annoying as beans had already arrived at my house (with no coffee machine)”
