“Fast delivery easy to order. Tamper is fantastic, makes such a difference to the standard one that comes with the machine. Didn’t have one item in stock so had to order something else which is plastic. Magnets are not that strong but helps reduce waste when grinding.”

“There was a delay in receiving my order but informed the company that I cannot complete a product review as I haven’t received the item. Prompt response have been received and I finally received the order today. I understand the delay in AUS post due to covid but I appreciate the action been made by the company to inquire where my order is so that is a tick for me. And I can see that it was processed straight away in NSW as soon as I place my order so will definitely order again.”

“Some times parts have been out of stock but if you place an order and they then find the part out of stock they will ship this part as soon as it arrives! Good communication and never had a problem with their after sales support. If they always had everything in stock, which to be fair is not always their fault, I would have given 5 stars.”

“I find the assistance great and prompt delivery. I just would like it to be easier to get answer to a question by email or if call to be able to order by phone rather than try email details through after phone call. I had emailed a question regarding the mats that go on top of the coffee machine to cushion the coffee cups between the coffee machine and the cups. I have not had a response. Otherwise very good service Thank you”

“Ordered from them multiple times, great range and no hassle with orders or shipping at all. Only bit of feedback is any time I've emailed them, they take days to reply. But they do reply eventually. Will definitely keep ordering from them, highly recommend the store.”
