“Can't praise Coffeeteca highly enough. I had a relatively minor problem with a Gaggia Classic. Within 2 hours of notifying them, they called back and advised me to return the machine for replacement. Postage was refunded the following day and a new, perfect machine was delivered 2 days later. Super courteous and such efficent response. Best customer relations team I've ever encountered.”

“Awesome, ordered on Sunday night, arrived on Tuesday, unbelievable. Free delivery! The free coffee beans are great, the Gaggia classic pro is the perfect next step for me to 58mm basket. Just having a ball dialing in shots, look forward to getting up for amazing coffee every morning. Coffeeteca is now my go to coffee stuff shop. Thanks Coffeeteca:-)”

“Deliver fast and email notifications timely and accurately. But the free 1kg coffee bean a bit disappointed , maybe just give ‘some beans’ for you to tune the grind size”

“Customer service second to none, bought a new Eureka Libra & it arrived in two days (Melb/QLD) had some issues getting it to work as per the manual & called Andrew from Coffeeteca. We went through it together over the phone with me sending a video of the problem. He arranged to cover the return costs & kept up communications all the way through the process of getting it sorted out.He took videos of the testing & called as soon as he had an answer. I wouldn't go anywhere else from now on even though they are in Melbourne & I'm in Noosa, great personal service.”
