Disgrace of a company and a ridiculous customer service dept who either don’t answer the phone or cut off your online chat. Do not order from this company. No option to cancel order even though I tried within an hour of placing order and it still says processing despite it saying you can on their website

Do not use this company. Purchased a pair of shoes on Sunday. Checked my credit card and payment was not immediately deducted. It didn't seem right. Around an hour later I received 1 email saying the order has been processed and checked my card and money gone. Said product would be dispatched the next day which made sense being a Monday. On Monday no email or text or any message. Checked status and said processing. Late Tuesday evening still nothing. Checked again on their site at order status and still nothing. Logged onto customer chat and gave my order number. Was asked to verify my full name, full address and email account for security purposes. I mean, I order shoes it's not online banking. An order number should suffice. In this day and age of internet fraud I will be watching the credit card I used fot the purchase on their site very carefully. Let's see if any fraudulent activity occurs. Spoke online with an agent and get told and I quote "I am sorry to let you know that there has been a problem in the warehouse which has resulted in your order being stopped prior to dispatch. I will investigate further and request for the order to be sent to you as soon as possible. Should there be a problem with dispatching the order, we will arrange for this to be cancelled and for the money to be returned to your account upon confirmation of the cancellation. If you can no longer wait I can cancel this for you today." My reply was: "Why would an order be stopped prior to being dispatched? This makes no sense." Basically then told there is no stock. I requested a refund and then told it can take 3-5 working days. Tell me this, why can they take your money in minutes but then not refund in the same time? Why, if on the Sunday/Monday they know they have no stock, why not email me to notify me or update their website in my account area to show order cancelled. This takes seconds, not even minutes, but seconds to do. This site should be avoided. I wish I paid attention to the other negative reviews as they have so many for valid reasons like what happened to me and others. The management must be brain dead to run a business like that. Let's see if my money comes back or trading standards will get a call.

Avoid: Bought a painted metal planter from them. They sent it in a box with no protection so predictably it was damaged in transit (or at their warehouse). I asked for a replacement item. They ignored that and offered me a discount. I said I wanted a replacement item, so they sent me a returns form. I returned it and then heard nothing about the replacement. After a week or so, I chased. They didn’t have a replacement so said they would refund me. Again, it took ages for the refund to come, and when it did it was only for the item, not the delivery – this should have been included because the item was received damaged. So I am chasing them, yet again! They are totally incompetent. It is left to the customer to repeatedly chase and follow up what should be a straightforward transaction and replacement process. NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY

DON'T DO IT! My first ever order has been a complete nightmare. They sent me the wrong $AUD790 headphones - brown, not black. OK mistakes are made, its a nuisance but it shouldn't be a problem - Right? WRONG Coggles Customer Service(CCS) response was, and I'm not kidding: You, the Customer, need to get a quote for International shipping - Australia to UK. Once we, CCS, approve the quote, you need to organise the shipping (i.e. identify a shipper, contact them, get a quote, arrange pickup). When we receive it back here in the UK, we will refund you. Incidentally, because I'd be the shipper, if it gets lost in transit, I would be stuck paying for it. I asked for them to send me the black replacement immediately even offering to pay for it. No, its against policy. And besides we have not got any in the warehouse and you have to wait another 6 weeks. This was completely untrue as I had a chat hookup with the online sales crew and they had 3 pairs available. So deal with them at your own risk. Hopefully everything goes smoothly for you. If it doesn't you have a world of aggravation ahead because if they treat you like this when they have made the mistake, what would happen with DOAs or a warranty problem. I can only imagine!

Long delays in each response from the agent. I could have cooked a Sunday dinner in the time it took to get a response on your online chat.. With regards to my order I waited weeks and it never arrived. I tried to redirect my order with constant phone calls and emails (You never replied) Now I have just been told you are out of stock which makes no sense at all as I am awaiting for my order in transit!!! I will NEVER shop with you guys again. I also doubt that this feedback will make a stitch of difference AVOID!!!

SIMPLY AVOID IT. Useless and horrible customer service. Ive talked with an agent called Mica 3 times before paying the shoes i wanted, I have asked everything about delivery methods, time etc. Ive been tot postage time would have been 3-5 working days and tracked. I have paid and immediately received a not working tracking link. The day after Ive had a chat with an agent called Rachel,she said tracking would have been activated in 72 hours. After 72 hours tracking isnt active yet. I had a chat today with an agent called alexander, ive been told that tracking usually update in 10 working days, this clearly means postage will be at least 10 working days, plus ive called the courier and the tracking format ive been given it is not correct. I'm still unable to get an answer from them, they just take customers ride. WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER

Avoid at all costs it’s scam! My parcel was never delivered and Coggles never accepted responsibility or done anything to investigate. I have been contacting via phone and website communication system nearly everyday and I was told random things like my address was incorrect and you name it. They have made me resubmit Not recipients form 4 times saying that my signature was computer generated even when I have clearly attached a posted note to the form saying it is my signature and I have hand sign it. And after 2 weeks of getting no where they have blocked my account. How the hell is this company still trading is beyond me. I will do my best to make sure Coggles will not get away with conning people and get away with it.

Delivery took a week longer than it said. Item arrived and had a black stain on. So disappointing. Would not buy from here again.

I ordered four items from them at the beginning February and returned three as they didn’t fit. Despite being told my return was received (you have to request a form for which goods you are returning and they send you a pro forma) I waited three weeks for a refund (after much chasing). However, three weeks later when I got the refund, I was told they only received two items. I had returned three and the form they sent me clearly showed this. Since then it’s been back and forth and Coggles keep saying they’re ‘looking in the warehouse’ and can’t find the other item (as if they are looking on the shelves of a teenage bedroom in case the return had got accidentally hidden). They clearly have no system for returns and the customer communication is appalling. They are crooks quite simply, in all my years of online shopping I’ve never known anything like it. JUST AVOID

I purchased a item from the website and already paid for it, I received the confirmation email but had been waiting for the shipment email as they guaranteed the item would be sent in 24 hrs. As I checked for my order status, everything is gone, my account, my purchase, my order information. I was so anxious and desperate but the customer service never replied me back!!! So now I have to call the bank for the card restriction. WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!

Scam they said they sent it to an address that wasn’t my address. The tracking says it was sent back and they say they have not received it back. I want my merchandise or refund they are a scam

ABSOLUTELY NEGATIVE! I wish you to have no problem with them. They are not going to solve it. Always the same answers. Inefficient and very slow customer service. I paid twice for one order never left. I gave up and I place the order of same product from a more reliable and more competitive company. Stay away from them.

Stay away from these fraudsters. I returned a shirt that was not packaged thd best & was devoid of any tags so was clearly just passed on to me from a previous potential buyer. I tried on anyway, was too big & then they had the cheek to tell me that i had been wearing it when i had not! Was delivered late on 31/12, they had it back with them on 02/01! Clearly not worn by me!

DONT USE THEM! I ordered to day and have since I’m the last 30min they said order for March then April! On an in stock item tried to hit cancel and it says it won’t cancel even tho it gave me the option. No customer service when I tried hitting the button on email didn’t work. BEWARE

Ordered jacket which turned out to be too big - not their fault. No paperwork or returns info supplied, I now know this their standard practice. So I returned it to the [tiny] address on their original address label, tracked delivery. Nothing happened so I sent email enquiry. Nothing happened. I pursued Royal Mail complaints service and after a month I got a do-not-reply-to-this-address email from Coggles presumably prompted by Royal Mail to say they had received my return and would I like a refund? Impossible to find email address so I sent a response using their standard message form asking for a refund. Nothing has happened again. It's taken over four months so far. I won't use them again.
