“I think I was comparing this site to beauty subscription sites but it doesn't have that feel about it. They're not engaging you, just trying to sell you stuff. The daily emails are annoying. I'm sure loads of people like it but it's not for me.”

“I have purchased from cohorted before and was really impressed with the value and service, however it seems that lately cohorted's price has gone up which makes it similar to other deals you can find if you shop around. I ordered the first beauty box and was disappointed to find products that were available on the site not long before as I had in fact bought one, if I knew this then I would not have purchased as I was under the impression the products were going to be all new. The idea of a luxury make up item hidden in a few boxes is brilliant, and despite my initial reservations it is this factor which will probably lead me to buy a cohorted box again (+ I no longer buy from cohorted due to the aforementioned price increase) The customer service for cohorted remains exceptional and the beauty boxes are very exciting!”

“Tried to get the beauty boxes but failed both times based on the website crashing. From the reviews I've read, the products included are great but more often than not, at least one of the products has been damaged so this has put me off purchasing a beauty box as I could do without the hassle of bothering with a replacement!”
