Unfortunately high quality products are let down by unanswered emails and uncontactable phone line. If these could be rectified it would be a first class service.

I have rated it as normal due to the products in the box, which are good quality but if anything goes wrong the customer service is really poor. I initially ordered 2 boxes and only received 1, it took weeks of emailing and phoning to be told I was only allowed 1 box (I was then refunded). I received an extra box in July and received an email asking me to return it (I had to pay for the postage up front), which I did straight away, I would have expected some communication thanking me for doing so but nothing.

I purchased both the cohorted june and july box and (particularly in comparison to the previous boxes), was left a little deflated. The snow white palette was a little questionable since the movie had been released quite a while ago, leaving me to ponder on how old the makeup was. The st tropez tan was not of particular use to me as well as the nails inc polish, whose old packaging indicated it had also been an old product. I did however likethe gucci guilty showergel, which had a strong smell that lingered for long after it was used. Heres hoping the August box fares better :)

If the customer service was as high end as the contents of the box, the company would be amazing. Both of the boxes that I have received were packed full of high end goods. Sadly, Cohorted have never replied to my emails. They have sent me a duplicate box for July (which I emailed them and told them about) and I received a "dear all" email asking me to send it back at my own cost and then they would refund me! It concerns me how long I would wait for my refund...

very pleased with my box the only thing I didn't like was the st tropez tanning lotion as I don't tan and I will never use it.

you sent out an old ail polish and palette from 2012? cmon guys just because you're making more boxes doesn't mean the quality has to drop

Cohorted beauty boxes are amazing - 5 stars! Definitely best beauty boxes in the UK. It would be even better if you would offer subscription, i am sure that many girls would be interested in this. Unfortunately the customer service is the worst out of all companies that offer beauty boxes that i have ever experienced. I understand that you have limited number of boxes and the number of people who try to pre order them on the website must be crazy, but then why release 3 pre-orders at the same time if you know your website cannot handle it? On 1st may, when i tried to pre-order beauty boxes for May, June and July, the website kept crashing and showing errors (I know I was not the only one). I was lucky and after an hour added all three beauty boxes to my cart - May's, June's and July's. However in the checkout i realised that in error 1 June's and 2 July's boxes were added and not the May box. After this i have tried to contact your customer service on Instagram (twice) and emailed a few times, it has been 2.5 months now and still no reply... I wanted to exchange one July's box or get a refund, after i had no response and received 2 July's boxes i just gave one to a friend. However i have seen that some other girls received used/broken products in their boxes and could not reach customer service either, and this must be really frustrating! I am not sure whether i will continue to order your beauty boxes - they are amazing but the hassle with customer service might not be worth it... What if it is broken/missing and there is no one you can contact? It just looks like they don't care at all, and after receiving a number of emails still don't bother to reply? I hope you can sort this out and i wish you all the best in the future! x

I recently purchased the July cohorted box, however due to errors I still haven't received my box... it was a little difficult to get hold of cohorted's customer services (3 emails and 1 phone call) however when I managed to speak to someone they were very helpful and I should hopefully be receiving my box in the next few days. I gave cohorted a 'normal' rating as I can not currently comment on the items in the box, the problem with delivery was due to courier but the customer service let them down a little.

I was very underwhelmed with the products featured in the july box since the nailsinc polish was part of the old range, i cannot use the fake tan and the fact the snow white movie came out a good few years ago makes the palette pretty questionable in terms of whether we should be applying such old makeup. The mini gucci shower gel however smelt pleasantly fresh yet strong and probably my favourite item. Delivery took exactly a week and the tracking was helpful. PLEASE GET SOME BETTER PRODUCTSCOHORTED!!

I was to be honest, pretty underwhelmed. None of the products i received were high end, or ones i knew about apart from a sleek kit and an essie nail polish. I do remain hopeful however, and so will be purchasing the july box to see if it fares any better (if i can get my hands on one!).

Boxes seem very samey.. Customer services was awful. Extremely slow at getting back to me. Ignored 3 of my emails. I tweeted, instagrammed too. Such a shame as I'd heard great things.

June was my second Cohorted beauty box. I was very impressed to receive another full size eye pallette. However would have been nice to see some different brands as that was my reason for wanting to try beauty boxes in the first place.

Beauty boxes are amazing however cohorted needs to sort out the purchase process. Furthermore, it would be nice to see products for women of colour!!!

Quick and easy, great shipping I love how the item is tracked for only £2.50 as many other cosmetic websites don't have it. The only downfall I had was I received the wrong Bobbi brown bronzer, but I couldn't send it back as I realised once I had try it out on my face and also swatched it. I will use it but not at the moment while my skin is lighter than it will be once I'm off holiday.

My first experience with Cohorted was the May beauty box which I was really excited to get my hands on as I heard about the rush for orders and fast sell out. The box itself is fab and totally worth the money. The only let down has been the customer service as my box did not arrive when scheduled and I had to chase a number of times before I received a reply so by the time my box arrived my hype had subsided somewhat. However I have placed an order for June's beauty box so hopefully this time around the same won't happen again. As I said the products are great and excellent value for money and would def recommend for that reason, hence I'm hoping my service experience was just a one off!

Boxes look amazing but have struggled each month to get one, a system could maybe be rolled out so that people aren't missing out each month
