There were only 2 product in my box which I actually liked and would use. However I have seen blogs of previous boxes people have received and thought they seemed better than the one I got, so I'm hoping next month will be better

I loved my last two boxes, but think it would be better if the colours could be matched more to your skin tone etc

Great concept, nice brands. For me due to my colouring olive it's a bit hit and miss. Unlike other beauty boxes it is not colour matched to a beauty profile. Whilst it's great to have a high end brand it not great to have it in a colour you can't wear. You end up giving it away which kind of defeats the monthly subscription.

For 35$ I was expecting more. The blushes from Too faced were repeated, the underarm substitution a mess. Still subscribe and waiting to see what the next month will bring or otherwise I will unsubscribe

The actual boxes are amazing great selection of brands/ products which are higher end than you will.find in the majority of beauty boxes. The presentation and box design is lovely. The customer service is not so great I did have to contact them due to only receiving one box (I ordered 2) I did receive a reply saying both boxes were dispatched together contact delivery company. They told me contact sender and then did so and never heard a reply had to get a partial refund from paypal resolution. Did that put me of from using them again no because the actual products and quality of the boxes are very different to other companies. I have since ordered the October box and the November white edition and had no problems I seen a lot of people complaning they have been robbed but It was very clear from the start it would be paid for a month in advance and as long as I receive my boxes without any problems I will continue to stay subscribed

Your boxes always seem to arrive broken or bashed which is a shame

My second box (last of the £20 monthly boxes) was quite disapointing for me. Too much of one brand. With the brand being one I wouldn't ever purchase it meant that it dominated my opinion of the box. I much prefer a good mix of things- both type and brand of product. I'm not signing up to the subscription service as I have no interest in full sized products. I would rather pay less and get samples as I can try all sorts of new things then as opposed to outright buying products blindly. I'll keep an eye out though to see how the company grows and changes

The box was good value. However, three of the items were bare minerals. A good brand but variety would be preferred. I feel the boxes need to change it up more. The crate nail varnish was just not my thing and will be going straight to my niece

Very poor delivery-it took almost a month after dispatch date for my order to arrive and it arrived incomplete, I still don't have part of it (ordered in August, despatched on the 9th of September, not received till late December and now in October I am still missing part of it). I have contacted customer service several times and they don't give me a concrete response. The products however are great and the beauty box is great value, I like the concept but I might not buy again due to the hassle I've had to go through.

Really disappointed with October's beauty box - after some fab boxes this is heavily weighted towards bare minerals and it would have been good to get other brands. Think the new subscription box looks fab but just a bit too expensive for me

I was a little disappointed that this month's box contained two shower gels. The Nars Lip Pencil was a simply beautiful colour and lasted really well. I was incredibly disappointed that the Eye Primer was such a tiny sample as this is something that I had wanted to try for a while. The eyeshadows were beautiful colours and lasted all day.

I wasn't overly impressed my eyeshadow palette one colour was crumbled. I sent cohorted a message complaining to which I received no response. The products of the box were old stock I was hoping to sample newer products on the market. However that aside it's good value!

The beauty box is brilliant,and the offers on the website are great but the customer service is very slow so if you have a problem don't expect a reply!

I have little bit of a problem with that one. Judging only by products which they sell I could give Cohorted 5 stars but it is completely different story when it comes to their customer service. As probably most people I heard about their amazing Beauty Box so I decided to order one. When placing an order I have added make up brush to it. I was waiting for the box almost 21 days after which I decided to contact their customer service. As mentioned in earlier reviews no luck with that for few days. Suddenly when I started to giving up and after stupidly placing another order I called again and to my surprise half past 4 really nice man picked up. He refunded my money he was very polite and apologetic about the experience. So I don't know what to think. I will probably try one more time because the products for the price you pay look amazing and just judging by the products it is the best beauty box around at the moment in UK( I am an beauty box addict). Company seems to be genuine it is just lack of any response when you have a problem ( lets face it when you order online there is almost always some kind of problem) which is very frustrating. My advice is to keep trying to reach them.

This was my first Cohorted box, and from the excitement on social media I got my hopes up about this box. I can't say I'm disappointed with the box, it has fantastic items... The 2 eyeshadow products in 1 box seemed a bit much but I love eyeshadow...so they will be used. Will be pre ordering again soon for the September box to see what it's like

Heard such good reviews about their beauty boxes so I ordered my first one and wasn't impressed with the brands! Should do MAC, Benefit etc instead of repeated eyeshadows from Cargo etc
