“Having had a bad experience with another company we were as you might expect a little weary however the sales man Alan made us feel at ease. He explained everything showing us videos and customer reviews and samples of materials to be used eventually offering us a price that we felt was more than acceptable. The following day the surveyor arrived to double check the measurements and believe it on not gave us an installation date of only 7 days later following bad weather this was delayed by 1 day but the good thing was the communication between the company and us, they kept us informed of everything. The installation teems turned up 08:00 as promised and work started. As the work was delayed by 1 day on the first day there were 2 installation teems on site to make up for the time that was lost all of the teem were very professional and polite and tidy in there work. on the second day the installation was completed and the electrician arrived to install the lighting again leaving everything in a clean and tidy manner. To Sum it up it has been a pleasure dealing with such a competent and reliable company whom I would highly recommend to anybody all of this and a 10 year guarantee as well Looks amazing. “Starting with the sales person. Very efficient explained most things really well. Only 1 criticism I was informed that the windows that had blown would be replaced as part of the total cost & to speak to the engineer when he arrived. When they arrived, this was denied, & I was informed I would have to pay extra. Apart from that I am fully satisfied.”

“We would like to pass on our sincere thanks to Comfortable Conservatories for recently installing the new roof on our conservatory. Firstly To Geoff Lloyd who visited us on a Sunday to offer us a quotation. Having had 3 other companies visit us to quote we where exceptionally impressed by Geoff's presentation; he very quickly understood what we wanted and focused his presentation on our needs and wants. He was extremely knowledgeable about the company and the product and we did not feel at all like a typical 'sales pitch' was given. He spent 2 hours with us ensuring that we understood what we needed and what the company could offer. The price he quoted was middle of the road from the others we had had but we felt immediately confident in Geoff and that we would get value for money. Having agreed the quote the job was scheduled for a weeks time which again impressed us and the builders, Tony & Vaughn arrived at 8.30am on day one. The build itself took 2 days which we considered to be exceptional, and the guys worked solidly to complete the job and where a pleasure to deal with throughout. They kept us updated at every step of the build and ensured we where happy throughout. Having decided mid way through to move a light socket, Tony went out of his way to contact the electrician who attended immediately to satisfy our request. Everywhere was kept clean and tidy throughout. Once completed, they liaised with the plasterer and the electrician to ensure our security requests where met whilst we were out at work and these where carried out to the letter. We where also impressed with the friendly staff in the local office who called daily to ensure that the job was going well and we where happy. We are extremely pleased with the completed job! We now have an additional room to our home which is warm and cosy and has completely met our needs. Thank you Comfortable Conservatories for a fantastic job, we would certainly recommend you in the future. 5 star excellent rating!”

“Decided to have our conservatory insulated and tiled as it was unusable during the winter months.The 2 workmen Danny and Geno did a marvellous job and the end result is a conservatory we can use year round.Would recommend this firm to anyone with similar problems. RM”

“Just had our conservatory ceiling insulated and are very happy with the result. Our conservatory is brighter and so much warmer now, we are getting to enjoy the room and watch the snow fall outside. We would happily recommend Comfortable Conservatories”

“After years of having to deal with a boggy muddy garden in the winter and then bald patches in the summer, we know have a beautiful low maintenance, green garden. The fitters worked very hard and got the job done in 2 days. The staff have been very friendly and helpful. Would happily reccomend Comfortable Lawns.”

“Comfortable Conservatories fitted a new tiled roof on our conservatory in January, from start to finish excellent service from Steve the sales man, the 2 excellent fitters and the admin office. Could not fault any of it and I am picky...We seen several companies and we are happy that we picked Comfortable Conservatories.”

“We had our conservatory roof replaced with tiles mid-December by Comfortable Conservatories. It has made a fantastic difference to our home aesthetically as well as making it much warmer. It has transformed this large space and we can now use this conservatory 4/7 should we wan to. We are so very pleased with it and we have no hesitation in recommending Jon and the Comfortable Conservatories team. The service was exceptional and the work was completed efficiently and courteously in three days with the plasterer coming on the 4th day. “What a fabulous roof, exactly as described, highly recommended. Very professional from start to finish. The finish of our Conservatory Roof conversion was 10 out of 10, the room is now fully usable. “Mrs Colucci I keep hearing about negative Reviews about all types of companies where any one can take a pot shot . So it is refreshing to find a company that does exactly what they promised The two men were on site early each morning courteous and tidied up behind them Our conservatory has been transformed into an all year round room We are very pleased in the overall experience and would recommend them”

“I have been considering a new roof on my conservatory many months now but found all the prices i got was out of my price range i felt all i wanted was to feel warmer in it ,when comfortable conservatorys came they sugested i had a insulated roof so i said yes but didnt want to loose the shape of my victorian roof so i have had a pvc roof put in ,The work men that came was excellent they never stopped from arriving.Excellent job done this as made my conservatory very warm can now sit in comfort.This all happened in a matter of 10 days from making my mind up so thanks again,”

“Comfortable Conservatories provided us with a new roof for our noisy and decreasingly waterproof conservatory which has transformed it into a sun room. Warmer (in the winter), quieter and now a firm part of the house rather than an add on. Their excellent workforce were professional, prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and very efficient. “We have had our Comfortable Conservatories insulated tiled roof on our existing conservatory for over a year now. No longer is it a cold room that doesn't get used in the winter months. It's now a warm light room that is used on a daily basis. Installation was carried out at the date agreed and to schedule with no problems. We think we made a great choice in choosing Comfortable Conservatories.”
