“Our 17 year old aluminium double glazed conservatory roof was starting to look rather tired and we were having difficulty in getting somebody to replace 3 or 4 panels that had popped. We searched on the net site for a quote to replace the roof and Comfortable Conservatories came back very quickly with what we considered to be a good quote and from this we requested a representative to call. An appointment was made for the following day when Mr Stephen Bean called and explained how the job would be carried out and all the advantages of a tiled roof with an insulated ceiling. We decided we liked the product but we wanted the see an example for ourselves. Stephen arranged for us to view a previous clients conservatory in the next few days at ours and their convenience. Once we had viewed this we were sold on the idea and ordered the the new roof. The job was done and I must say we are very pleased with the finished product, a totally refreshed conservatory both inside and out, it is certainly warmer and we do not have the problem any longer of bugs behind the unsightly roof blinds. We are using the room much more now in the winter and are now looking forward to the summer when we are sure it will not be far to hot for us to sit comfortably in the new improved area. Our only criticism is that to date we have not received a receipt for monies payed or the grantee certificates having been promised them on more than one occasion that these would be forwarded.”

“Sales girl was great and sold us exactly what we wanted at a good price. A new polycarbonate roof with insulation and a ceiling. We paid a deposit and was told the surveyor will have to come and measure up. A week after a girl phoned to arrange INSTALLATION ? I asked about the surveyor but was told it wasn't needed. So low and behold when the installers turned up they hadn't got the correct materials and couldn't do the job. That's when the nightmare began. We experienced the truly appalling non exsistant customer service from everyone we spoke to in the company. I found out the polycarbonate roof was not placed on the work sheet. But when I called to find out what was going on I was told someone would call me back, but they didn't. So I called again and again for 3 weeks I was told by people they couldn't even remember why they were supposed to be calling me. I even emailed a director to complain, but had no reply. I was at the end of my tether. I considered cancelling but was told I'd lose my deposit. We were trapped. Then after speaking to the sales girl, the job was transferred from Wolverhampton to Halifax. At last things began to move forward, or least I thought. 3 months later the workmen turned up to do the job again, but guess what NO polycarbonate roof. I swear to god you couldn't make it up. I felt like I was on the set of a Carry on film. The work has been done now and I am very happy with the new roof and workmen who carried out the job were great. But the whole experience was extremely stressful and the disruption to our home and family life was traumatic to say the least. But above all I feel the company just don't care. So I cannot recommend this company.”

“A good job was completed in early December. It is a good product and the team of three did well to complete the insulation, despite being sent to South Wales and Merseyside during their assigned week with us. But now I'm having final demands off the local council for building regulation fees not being paid. These fees were paid as part of my final total, in fact, £80+ more was paid! I have now received the third demand from the local council and next week the debt collecting agency will be calling!! I have phoned on three occasions in the last fortnight and I have always been given assurances that it will be paid. But to no avail. So it seems we have a company who have a good product and our team of installers were good. But beware of paying for any extras. It seems I will now have to take my grievance to a another level!”

“Very happy! I initially made an online enquiry and within 30 minutes I had a phone call from a member of staff named Stuart, he was very well spoken and very informative, after a brief conversation we both decided that coming out to see the conservatory is the way beneficial as it allows for a more accurate estimate and I can have a feel and see the materials that are used. The advices that popped round was on time and very informative, I felt comfortable and at ease and loved the product and materials, I felt very confident with this product so I decided to go ahead. The fitters was very polite and professional, very clean and now I am extremely happy to be able to entertain my family and friends that come over, no more nuisances from noisy neighbors and it's very warm even now as its freezing outside, thank you comfortable conservatories I will be recommending your company”

“Thank you to the wonderful fitters Tony and Vaughan for the excellent installation they have done to our conservatory roof. They are two of the nicest workmen we have met so polite and helpful and very clean and tidy. They have had to work through appalling weather conditions and have still done a superb job. They did the installation through the Halifax branch. I would totally recommend to anyone to have this done. Our conservatory is no longer a cold miserable room it is now so warm and cosy. Thanks again Norma and Gary Donnelly Liverpool”

“Area Sales Manager Stephen Bean visited our home and provided us with a reasonable quote and all the information required for us to decide on insulating the inside of our conservatory roof. The insulation was installed in a day by a couple of really dedicated fitters who didn't stop working. We have noticed a big difference with the temperature and would recommend Comfortable Conservatories.”

“I recieved a phone call shortly after filling out an online instant quote and was told someone could come round that evening to go through it all and give us an instant quote. I thought perfect! But the sales man was extremely pushy for us to sign up to it. We eventually did after he reassured us that if we were to change our minds we could get our full deposit back within a month. The next morning we decided to cancel it so I phoned up and explained that with it coming up to Christmas we couldn't afford it. The gentleman on the phone sounded annoyed and put me onto someone else who again sounded annoyed with me and was quite rude. She explained that I had to send back the signed paperwork (the only paperwork we had) and they would send back our deposit within a month. I did this the same day, it's now been over 7 weeks and we are still waiting for our deposit.”

“We had several quotes and chose Comfortable Conservatries although not the cheapest were very helpful in explaining the whole process to us. The fitters were punctual and very polite. The installation has completely transformed our never used, cold space into a relaxing all year round family room. Also as they arranged building regulations for us it has added value to our home. We can not be happier with our choice and highly recommend them.”

“If you own a conservatory you will know that they are to hot in the summer and to cold in the winter. We decided to have the roof done, tiled on top and plastered inside and what a fantastic job they did. We called the Wolverhampton facility and it was arranged that Paul (dad) and Ryan (son) were to do the job. From the time they showed up it was clear they were all business, very professional, polite, friendly, it was a pleasure to have them here. They worked to a very high standard of quality and the end result was outstanding. If you are lucky to have them show up to do your work rest assure you will not be disappointed. Dan the plasterer arrived on the last day and also did an amazing job. I have only praise and satisfaction for all the work that was done.A big thank you to comfortable conservatories, Paul, Ryan and Dan. Jonathan Dann”

“We very rarely write reviews but feel that our experience with Comfortable Conservatories deserves the highest praise . From the first phone call to the completion of the tiling of our conservatory roof,we have dealt with a company of the highest standards throughout their business . We are delighted with the result and even during the very coldest of weather a few weeks ago , before the job was completed we notice a big difference in the temperature of our new all year round room . The roofing crew worked extremely hard during very cold weather and difficult conditions, .were really nice guys polite, tidy ,and producing a roof that we are delighted with . We were kept informed of every move that was to be made during our installation , and everyone kept to their time line given , all the staff concerned were helpful and polite. Everything seen and shown on the company website and in the video is absolutely spot on, they really deliver what they promise in workmanship and materials. We do not hesitate in recommending Comfortabie Conservatorys as a genuinely good company to give you a lovely all year round room .”

“I was very reluctant to have my conservatory roof done as I felt it would not make that much of a difference after lots of nagging from the wife to have it done I contacted comfortable conservatories they came out to our house gave us a quote and a starting date on the same day, I had the tiled roof and a plaster finish to the inside, as I said I did not think it would not make much of a difference, boy was I wrong the team came out did a great job and now I have a room I can sit in summer and winter don't just take my word for it if you want to see the results and you live in the Maidstone area contact comfortable conservatories and come and see mine make sure its a cold day and you will feel the results. thanks comfortable conservatories for my comfortable conservatory.”

“initially i made an online inquiry to get an idea of cost, within minutes i received a phone call from a very pleasant member of their marketing staff from their Wolverhampton office by the name of Stuart, he was very helpful and provided me with detailed answers to my questions, even went off topic and just had a genuine conversation, very knowledgeable and pleasant, suggested that a professional consultation would be greatly beneficial as the adviser could provide estimates on site. The adviser came over and went through all the different options we have available, including showing us all the relevant materials used in the process, explaining what each material does. i was very pleased with the non pushy service, i felt the visit answered all of my questions and more! i would highly recommend this company, very good value for money and pleasant all the way through into the installation, i have been extremely happy with this company so thank you! :)”
