“I ordered sandals that were exactly what I had wanted. Fortunately, I paid thru PayPal. On 8/23/20 I got email notice they had been shipped. It is 9/23/20 and I have not received them. You cannot reach they company and they do not return calls. Be WARNED! The sandals look wonderful, but you may never get them. Time to call PayPal.”

“Comfy Sandal took my money on 08/17/20. On 08/27/20 received on email fom Comfy Sandal saying my order "Was on the way" and would be delivered in 7 to 14 days. As of today, 09/19/20, my order still has NOT been received!!! I will be contacting BBB!

“Not that this company cares about reviews, Ordered my shoes back in August six weeks later still have not received them and that is after I got an email saying that they have shipped. “They deserve 0 stars! I regret ordering from this scam company but I am happy to report that PayPal has refunded my money. I ordered in May and never got my shoes. I got the same bogus tracking numbers and emails like everyone else did. I’m only ordering from DSW from here on. Lesson learned.”

“Had I only done my research on this company! I lost my guard by placing an order with a 50% coupon found on Google for Comfy Sandals on July 4th weekend. It's Aug. 20th, and still no shoes, and no replies to email and voice messages. I only received delivery tracking that shows USPS made label in Reno, NV., but has not received item for shipping. I'm so mad at myself for using debit card too and losing $160. I too didn't know this company was in China. I will try making complaint with BBB and USPS like other reviewers.”

“Wow! So, I learned something here. Do your research before buying from an unknown company you discovered via a pop-up ad. Yuck! The same thing happened to me that happened to all these other reviewers. Comfy Sandals stole my money! I never received the shoes I paid for and the company ignored me completely when I tried to follow up with them. AVOID THESE THIEVES! I'm shocked that this "business" still exists after so many people complained. If anyone knows how to effectively pursue justice here, please make a note of it in your review.”

“I too wish that I had read these reviews before I ordered with comfy sandals. I ordered two pair of sandals on May 27. Here we are at August 3. I still have not received the sandals. I am happy that I paid through PayPal. At least this way I was able to file a claim with them. They are still investigating. I received an email from comfy sandals on June 18 that the sandals had shipped. The email contained no tracking number. I tried to call them. Every number that they have listed is not valid. I tried to email them. I got no response. After I filed the claim with PayPal. I got another shipping notice from them. They gave me a tracking number through a company called 17 track.net. This tracking service requires that the customer download a shopping tracker device on their computer, which is essentially a virus. I refuse to do that. After Paypal contacted them, they sent yet another shipping notice with a tracking number that did not require downloading a program onto the computer. However when I tried to track the package. The tracking service said “this number is not in the system.” Now they have notified Paypal that the package is on the way and have given them a US PS tracking number. This tracking number, when I track it, says only that a shipping label has been produced for the package. But they have not received the package. I don’t believe they ever will. This company is a scam. Do not order through them. I am happy that I placed my order through PayPal. At least I stand a chance of getting a refund.”
