“Scam! I ordered 5 weeks ago. I got no response other that the same automatic response. Tried to call and left a message and within minutes received the same automatic response. Emailed them to cancel my order and the next day got a shipment notice. Went to tracking over the past two weeks and the package has not moved. I emailed again to cancel and ask for a refund. No response. This business is a scam. Everyone effected should contact Better Business Beurea. They continue to send me email ads for sales daily. Do not purchase rom this company. Terrible customer service and it looks like you will never get your money back. I have notified PayPal and ask them to refund my money. Next email to BBB. Terrible terrible terrible business.”

“I ordered 2 pairs of sandals on 10/13 and after following up on 10/19 as to when I might receive them, they issued a shipping label with USPS that states that the shipping label was created and USPS was awaiting the merchandise. I have since sent 5 emails and left one voicemail with no response. After reading these reviews, I called my bank and they are doing a fraud investigation now.”

At the end of 4 weeks I started trying to call them and e-mailing them, no response. Then I contacted Pay -Pal and they got them to send me an e-mail, but no shoes came. Finally I sent them a message by e-mail that if I didn't have the shoes or a message from them by the end of the week I was going to file a complaint with the BBB. I ordered a pair of sandals in mid-August, paid by credit card and waited more than a month for the shoes to arrive. When they came I was disappointed by the plastic look of the sandals, and the fit was terrible. So large and lose-fitting I could never wear them.
Daily I have been receiving promotional emails, selling more sandals and boasting of the company's great customer service, but it is IMPOSSIBLE to find an address for this company to return the sandals. I have called and emailed repeatedly, leaving voicemails because no one ever answers the phone!! Even searching online, I cannot find an address for this company! Warning, do not order from Comfy Sandals! I am so disappointed and sorry I didn't look for reviews first before ordering.”

That time frame was totally unacceptable to me.
I immediately emailed them back requesting that my order be canceled and i be given a full refund.
The unprofessional Scam and Conartist at COMFY SANDALS paid themselves for sandals i didn't order alone with the sandals that i did order.
This company sent me the ugliest, cheapest made subpar sandals i've ever seen in my life... after I'd canceled my order in July.
The last three pair of sandals that I'd already canceled were sent to me on September 18th, 2020 after I'd sent the company more than thirty-five firm emails and left countless unanswered phone messages.
Comfy Sandals chose not to respond back too me.
I repeatedly emailed them requesting that I be sent a merchandise return label.
I never heard from them.
Although i receive emails with the deals of the day.
This bogus company Comfy Sandals must be exposed and shutdown because of their unethical business practices.
They shouldn't be allowed to steal and Scam people out of their hard earned money.
