“I ordered a pair of sandals from their online ad. The sandals never came despite emails from them (maybe) saying the order was complete, a shipping notification. The tracking number is bogus, says shipping label was created, shipper (if there is one) has been waiting for the package for 6 weeks. Basically they stole my money and now they email me an ad at least once a day. Where are the Internet police?????????”

My husband got several notifications from USPS that labels were created for shipments that were headed for various destinations including Detroit, but despite many weeks of waiting, they never arrived. Their tracking service is a joke. It says that there was a label created on the same day of my payment and there it stops!
