Customer service is non-existent. The only response I received was a poem from "Rachel". The sandals finally arrived May 29th but are not true to size. Too small. I understand I'm stuck with them. Buyer beware!”

As of today, May 24, the tracking still indicates that a shipping label was created but that USPS was still awaiting arrival of the package.
