“Ordered 2 pair and e-mail said they are being shipped. Haven't got them. Tried to e-mail comfy sandals...no response. Tried to track shoes...can't read Asian. I want my money back”
“I ordered sandals from Comfy Sandals since April 6. Never received them. These people are crooks. I reported them to Better Business Bureau and saw multiple complaints.
Do not order anything from these crooks.”

“I would give 0 stars if I had the option. I ordered - and paid for - 2 pair of sandals on April 2. On April 19 I received an email that said the order had shipped. As of today, May 24, the tracking still indicates that a shipping label was created but that USPS was still awaiting arrival of the package. Comfy Sandals has had my money for nearly 2 months and not only have I not received them, but I can not get any reply from the company. TOTAL SCAM!!”

“Do not buy from Comfy Sandals. Placed order on 3/24/21 and still no sandals. I was billed for them on my March statement. I should have disputed the charge. My mistake I should have ready the reviews before placing order. After sending several e-mail received a fake tracking number. Last e-mail said order was shipped should receive in 7-14 days. It has been 18 days and still no sandals. Comfy Sandals is a scam.”

The tracking number is bogus, says shipping label was created, shipper (if there is one) has been waiting for the package for 6 weeks. Basically they stole my money and now they email me an ad at least once a day. Where are the Internet police?????????”
“As with the other ladies here, this company basically stole my money. I ordered on March 25, and they have never arrived as of May 14. My husband got several notifications from USPS that labels were created for shipments that were headed for various destinations including Detroit, but despite many weeks of waiting, they never arrived. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.”
