“I placed an order on July 30, 2019 and I don't have what I purchased. You can only contact them by email because the phone doesn't work. I sent an email on the 26th of August still no response. I guess the only thing I can do is contact BBB.
The company never replied...have not heard from customer service...don't know who is suppose to deliver...on the 30th it will be a month...phone number is bogus.

“Do not buy from this company. Very slow delivery, poor goods when they did arrive. Won't refund even after several emails. Got a return address through Pay Pal, sent item by track and trace which cost over £13. Royal mail informs me that I will not get my money back as they will not accept the parcel even if the address is correct which meand I probably won'r get a refund from Pay Pal. Took forever for them to arrive in mail since they are coming from China phone number on website does not work and they will not give you one when you ask threw email. “Ordered 2 pair sandals. Only received one pair and wrong address. I needed to chase them down thro mail centres. Have been waiting 8 weeks now for the other pair. Have emailed and responce is "in delivery". The first pair of sandals I received do not look like the pic, false adverising,wrong size and yet I measured my foot, very very slippery sole and very cheap looking. When and if I receive the other pair I will never buy from here again and they will be sold on fb.”

“Ordered 2 pairs of shoes the exact same size.
The shoes are defective- I sent pictures per their request, the inner sole was not attached to the shoes. After numerous attempts to resolve this issue- all I receive is a “ generic” auto email response stating the same thing over.
I have called numerous times to be routed to an automatic answering machine- no response.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I order online all the time and have never encountered a situation like this. If a product is defective- it’s 100% the companies fault period.
This is not the case with the “ company.”
In my opinion this company is only out to make money and does not care about the customer, which every customer that purchase a product - is keeping this company in business- and paying their salaries.
A complaint with the BBB will be filed.
Word of mouth is worth it’s weight in gold , wish I would of seen this before

The last message was told that they were shipped to California. I live in Canada. The last message I sent I asked for a refund. Haven’t heard back since. This is a rip off. You wouldn’t return them because u say I got what I ordered, so I had to give them away. 3 of my friends who wear a size 9 couldn’t take them because they were too small. “I ordered from this company months ago and loved the sandals I received. I later ordered another pair and paid for express shipping. It took 5 1/2 weeks to receive (from china) and they were a size smaller than I ordered. I gave them away and thinking the company mistake was a fluke, I reordered the exact pair I had originally purchased and loved. I just received them, from china again, and they are a comfy sandal knock-off and are two sizes too small. I tried to call the company and the phone is no longer in service.
