“I ordered a pair of sandals. They took money from my account. I did not receive an email confirmation or anything. I emailed and they did email back with a tracking number. The tracking number shows they were delivered in California but I live in Illinois. I am really hoping I get the sandals or my money back. I tried to call customer service but the line is disconnected.”

Well come to find out it is not and coming from CHINA, as I got a China Post tracking number. When I went on to track my order, says this number is invalid. “I found the ad for Comfy Sandals on Instagram. First of all, the shoes come from China, so it takes a LONG time to get them. Secondly, I am a size US 7 and they sent me a US 10. They are sure it was my fault. I know I didn't order a size 10. There is a significant difference. I think they just sent me what they had on hand. Then I wanted to return them for a refund or exchange (all the while they have had my money). I have provided all of the information that they have asked for, yet, they will not process my request until they receive the returned item. This requirement has changed each time I have communicated with them (email only). I am out $9.45 return shipping which I will not be reimbursed for. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! Just go to the mall!!”
“The sandals I got, after waiting WEEKS, were no where even CLOSES to the color I ordered. There was no invoice, no way to return order...nothing. The shoes came wrapped in a thin piece of bubble wrap...BUBBLE WRAP! Very poor! I would not order from them again. Buyer beware!”

“Horrible company. I didn't realize they came from China. If I would have known that I wouldn't have ordered them. After getting notification that it would be over a month before I would receive the sandal, I also asked for them to cancel the order. They wouldn't cancel it.
Took 2 months to receive shoes, wrong color and quality was very poor. Have been trying to contact someone to see about a return. It may cost more to ship them back to China, than what the shoe originally cost. Don't buy from them, you'll be disappointed!!!!!”
“I ordered two pair of sandals. I did not know they were coming from China or I would not have bothered. It took weeks to get to me. When I receive them the first pair was totally the wrong style and the second pair was the right style but 1 foot was much larger than the other foot. After going back-and-forth through several emails with the company, I’ve been told that I got the right sandals. I even sent them pictures of the sandals to prove one pair was the wrong ones and the other pair was a different size. They refused to give me an address for return and their phone number is bogus. Do not order from this company. China China China China. Serves me right for not checking the reviews first. Lesson learned.”
“This company is a scam. The order was placed on January 28. The same day I tried to cancel the order. I received a notice telling me they had already shipped and I would have to refuse the package and they would give me a refund. It is now April 1 and no sandals! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! There was no indication that this order was coming from China. I would not have ordered from them. Each time I have asked for a refund I receive a letter telling me they have shipped. When I track the package with the tracking number they provided it shows that it has no yet left the store. I asked for an immediate refund yesterday and I received another letter saying they had shipped. It now shows that it left the store today!”

“Ordered two pairs of sandals. They notified me on 3/1/19 that they shipped one pair and today is 3/18/19 and I still don’t have them. Their phone is “ temporarily out of order.” They have drawn money out of my bank for both pairs. I emailed them and got no answer. I rather doubt I will ever order from this company again.”
