“I wish I had read these reviews first. Comfy Sandals is quick to charge your card then they will barrage your email with ads multiple times a day. But they don't send anything and never respond to emails, web form submissions or voicemails left multiple times. Horrible service and a total rip off. DO NOT BUY!!!”
“This company is a hoax! The phone number is a recording that only states, "leave a message after the tone..." I've left numerous messages, several emails, still no response and still no sandals! I'm furious. I do wish there were a way to shut them down! Maybe its the Attorney General I need to appeal to.

“I placed my order on 5/15 and received half a dozen or more promotional email. It’s now 5/30 and my shoe order hasn’t left the original location. I’ve left phone messages, sent several email but no response yet from this company. These shoes may come from outside the USA but don’t promise in an email, my shoes are being readied for shipment when that’s a non fact. This is the last time ordering from this company if their customer service is not appreciative of their consumers.”

“My husband ordered me a pair of sandals March 15, 2020, I never got a update they took the 30+ dollars from my credit card and never sent me my shoes. I have emailed them the only response I got back was that there is a delay and nothing else other then wanting me to buy wanting me to but from them. I have emailed them over 50 times with no responses, I WOULD NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT SEND YOUR PRODUCT. I have asked them to refund the money I have 5 kids so I don’t order a lot for my self so my husband knew I wanted them and ordered them and us upset that I never got them. This company is a scam.”

I got no response from my emails and the phone is out of service. My credit card was charged.
I contacted the BBB and they helped me resolve the issue right away!! I received and email from the company and they will issue me a refund. I recommend others do the same...

“I ordered Feb 22. They took the money out of my bank on Feb 24. Same day I received an email they are running behind 7-14. I wrote 3 emails ad no one responds just more offers. You call their 1-800 # and it's disconnected. Now the delay is 14-21 business days based on the order. I cannot answer any of the questions below because no one responds and I don't have my order. “I ordered my boots in November to be told that they had to many offers so I had to wait, after complaining that I would of never ordered from them if I knew they were coming from China they pleaded with me to be patient. When The boots finally came through I nearly cried, they are not anything like the picture as their website reviews boast about. They looked more like a slipper boot than a outdoor boot that I ordered. They were stuffed into a bag for delivery so they were damaged and squashed. When I complained they told me it wasn't their fault and I should give them away, I wasted $40 and I will not order from online adverts anymore a I feel like I can't trust them.”
“I ordered in Nov 12th received after complaining to paypal on Feb 1st. 3 months to get to me & did not receive 1/2 of my order. They sent me either someone else's order or just threw in anything to make of the number of items ordered. One coat was cute but really small for size must have been a child's large.
The other so called coat looks like a sweat jacket not a coat. Very displeased with service & products would stay away.”
