“Took the plunge and invested in an aeg induction autonomous hob. Got to say I love it, very happy with the results. So much easier to use than a standard electric hob. Found this site and they had a good range so found one that was a suitable size. Quick phone call confirmed stock. Keen price and delivery charge. Was a bit worried about getting it as couriers round here can be a bit heavy handed :(. But pleasantly surprised, packaging was spot on, arrived in perfect condition. Thanks very much !!!!!”

“Old style Kmix kettle in yellow. Difficult to find. Replacing old one though so wanted the same. Found on comwales, good price, delivered in time. Overall happy. Considering buying another as they are probably going to get harder to find!!!”

“This store is a total disgrace with utter contempt for its customers. My payment was taken 8 days ago but, despite repeated requests for despatch confirmation, I've still not received the item purchased nor any evidence it was ever sent ... or even exists. So yesterday I asked ComWales for a refund, only to be told that would happen in their own good time when they receive the goods back in the warehouse. These are goods which I haven't received so have no control over when they are returned - that's even if they ever left the warehouse at all, which I strongly doubt. This is an appalling way to trade, and I have since found other review sites packed with horror stories about ComWales similar to mine. Buying from ComWales is a false economy and a nightmare.”

“Bought an induction hob from Sean at Com Wales - very impressed with his excellent customer service and professionalism, as well as offering great value for money. Parcelforce delivery broke our glass hob in transit...Sean immediately sorted the problem for us and quickly sent out a replacement. Would definitely shop here again, thank you!”

“slow deleivery say 3-5 days but took 8 days. The item was meant ot be new but it was clearly opened up and repacked. one section of it was broken. I have tried contacting them but they dont reply to emails and when you clal them they put you on hold, play you the worst song you have ever heard and after 5 minutes it goes ot answering machine.”
