“I ordered a board game from comwales.co.uk and it took a long time to arrive. When it did arrive it arrived damaged, as they just stock the boxed game in a plastic bag with a sticker on it. Not even bubble wrapped. When contacting their customer service, they told me this was their normal way of shipping and that they never had any issues before. Clearly this review page says differently. I sent them images of the damage and they could not see anything wrong, even though the box was clearly damaged. I would not recommend this company. Go somewhere to spend your money!”

“I purchased a Graef Coffee Grinder (CM 800 Silver/Black) from ComWales yesterday at 14:00. The machine arrived today at 10:45 AM, within the one hour slot given by the courier DPD. What fantastic service! The machine itself is absolutely beautiful, it grinds great coffee and is a pleasure to use. The process of buying was smooth and trouble free. If only all internet purchases were like this! Well done ComWales! Very Satisfied Customer, East Yorkshire.”

“Having read some quite negative reviews after placing my order I was quite concerned and worried. I ordered 4 kegs of beer at the same time from Germany. Both orders were placed on Tuesday the 19th and both deliveries were made on Monday 25th. I could have got my beer dispenser on next day delivery from another supplier but it would have been at least £40 more. Very happy with the service and communication received from comwales and based on my experience I would recommend them. Thanks guys.”

“Brilliant!!! The induction hob was nearly £300 cheaper than all other retailers which made us very wary. The internet reviews gave us confidence to order, the item was delivered super quick and not damaged. Really can't ask for more!!!”

“Purchased a Beurer foot spa having had a good online search for the best price plus good retailer reviews. Whilst Amazon was reasonably priced and lower than many other sellers, ComWales was even cheaper and the customer reviews reassured me that all would be well. I was not disappointed. Superb communication - being kept abreast throughout the process - and fast delivery via DPD with the informed delivery time being met. I am yet to use the foot spa but can assure anyone considering ComWales that you will be treated excellently and I would not hesitate to buy from them again in the future.”
