“This present was for my grandson and arrived within a couple of days even at this time of year which was quite pleasing. However the outer packaging was damaged So I need to keep my fingers crossed that the toy inside is fully intact and not broken but I won’t know this until he opens his gift on Boxing Day when we see him. JB”

“I bought a kettle in September which took ten days to arrive. I had a problem with the lid opening mechanism within days and returned the item as faulty in less than a month. Comwales returned the same kettle to me saying it didn’t have a problem with an insulting letter telling me to press the right part of the lid. I still have the same fault with the kettle which is getting worse and when I have complained I have been told to contact the manufacturer direct. Appalling lack of service. Don’t buy from this company.”

“We collected the table top dishwasher from your shop in Pontipreed. Had trouble finding how to get to the shop as traffic only allowed at certain times. So parked in the car park nearby. We are both pensioners and had to carry it to the car. Not easy or helpful. Can you not get a sack barrow to ease the load? That was definitely a down on our experience.”
