“Unfortunately our induction hob was damaged in transit even though it was well packaged. One phone call to Com Wales and they sent out a replacement the same day on a next day service. Very pleased with the customer service we received. And the best prices on the internet.”

“Com wales excellent customer service when I called. Friendly, informative couldn't ask for better. The delivery company not so hot, didn't respond to an email to redeliver On a different date. Left my item with a local shop, was ok, but would not choose this. Didn't know the owners, now have to buy them chocolates as a thank you. (although may aid neighbour relations in the long term! )”
