“I did not revive an SMS 30 minutes before pickup time, which I payed extra for. I called support to ensure that the driver was on his way, and it all turned out well. But I don’t understand why I payed extra.”
“It was a terrible experience! We booked a premium sedan, but arrived a school bus. They put our suitcases inside, and the whole trip was carsick. Then we stopped at some depot and swapped the school bus for another one, but it wasn't much better than economy class. Upon arrival, they demanded payment as if we were paying for a premium trip and refused to even lower the fare. They could have at least apologized and given us a discount for such situation. I wrote them about this situation, but no one even contacted me. Do you think this is normal? We wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!!”
“I booked an airport transfer through Connecto Transfers for my parents. Unfortunately, the service did not go as booked. According to my parents, the driver arrived late because he went to the wrong airport despite having the correct flight information. After finally picking them up, he then drove them to the wrong hotel even though the correct destination was included in the reservation.
As a result, my parents had to arrange and pay for an additional taxi to reach their actual hotel. The transfer service they paid for was not completed as contracted.
When I contacted Connecto Transfers to request a refund, the company declined to investigate the matter because the complaint was submitted outside their 10-day reporting period. I explained that the driver had reportedly acknowledged going to the wrong airport and that my parents incurred additional costs due to being taken to the wrong hotel. I also requested that the matter be escalated for management review. The company maintained its position and instead offered a 20% discount on a future booking.
While I appreciate the responses I received, I was disappointed that the company chose not to address what appears to have been a significant service failure. Customers should be aware that complaints submitted after the company's reporting deadline may not be reviewed regardless of the circumstances.
My experience left me feeling that the company relied on its policy rather than taking responsibility for errors that occurred during the transfer.”
