“I ordered the extractor fan and it arrived quickly, however I didn't open the package to inspect it straight away. When my builder did we discovered that the internal bulb was broke and had to buy another one to replace it. I did ring the customer services and was told to buy a replacement bulb, send them a copy of the receipt and they will refund the difference, but I didn't bother with this. As my kitchen is still being renovated I havent got round using the extractor yet, hence the delay in writing the review and cannot reallly comment on the extractor itself.”

“I purchased the exact model that had given up the ghost. Arrived in good time and seems to be working OK, hopefully it will last longer than the original(8 yrs). The downer was that the chimney had a walnut size dent in it, it had been dented from the inside outward? probably done in the original packing. Luckily I was able to use my original chimney, as it was same model.”
