“I found ordering easy. However I still await delivery of my goods despite transport company giving me two delivery dates and not meeting either. I can understand failure of the first delivery date due to the road being blocked via a fallen tree, however they agreed to deliver the following day. I am still waiting and have had no contact from them explaining why. I have lost two days wages due to this failure and now will probably have to lose another day when the goods finally arrive. I have emailed transport company so I may get a date tomorrow but wont hold my breath.”
