“I had bought a cooker from GasAppliances.com and they took my money the day they stopped trading but did not inform me. I waited 3 weeks and the day it was due to arrive I found out because I emailed them. I was told I would have to get my money back myself as they were not honouring my order. I felt totally dejected and wondered if it was worth trying another company. I am glad I did. This company kept me informed and although I couldn't manage the original delivery date it was not a problem. Thank you you restored my faith in online companies.”
