“The microwave supplied had got decals from a different model around the control knob . It is confusing having grill settings when the unit has no grill . Had the unit been advertised as such , I may still have bought it...no need to ship it in the hope I wouldn't send it back .Pisces colin .”

“I bought a replacement built in oven and for the price I paid I am very impressed. For just £179.99 it is a digital fan assisted oven and much better then the well known branded name it replaced. The only negative thing I have to say is about the grill pan which has no fitted grill tray. The instruction book informs that you should place the oven shelf oven the pan but its too big for it and slides off!. However as I rarely use the grill this is not a major problem for me. The free delivery was a bonus and the company kept me informed about the expected delivery date and the delivery company rang me to confirm the time of delivery. I would certainly recommend the product and the customer service.”

“The in sink hot water works like my old one. The problems that I will watch for is leaks and short circuit that finished the unit off. Currently the unit will in just as I expected it would. The only different was the filter base was shorter. But I got it to okay. The clear hose for connecting the unit was very stiff hose. Almost non bendable. I will still rate it a good product.. 10 points”

“I was made up with the hob I ordered from you. I`d looked at lots online but nothing compared to the Quality and price of yours. I have inspected the parts to make sure that everything is there for when it will be fitted in a few weeks time. Because of this I cant really say how the hob functions until it is fitted. I would say that I was pleased with the company that delivered the hob as the package was in good condition without marks or holes in the packaging and arrived very prompt indeed. Thankyou.”
