“I have already submitted the following review:- Love the look of my new Microwave/Grill. After my very, very, old Whirlpool, it is very different, I have to re-learn the controls but will get to know them all little by little. As yet, it is newly installed and day by day I am managing the controls better and their simplicity. It's silence, when finishing cooking/heating, is bliss. There is absolutely no after-noise like a turbo-jet sound which some microwaves have.”

“The delivery van's tail gate malfunctioned so the goods could not be offloaded! This is life but what was very disappointing was that the company did not go out of its way to re-deliver as soon as possible and I had to wait two days for their 'usual' delivery route.”

“The sale and delivery process were first class.When I unpacked the machine I found the trim at the base to be broken. I emailed, sent a photograph and emailed a chase up,but still no response . Great service, let down by apathy and non communication ,I simply need to know when the part will be sent! John McGowan”
