“Speedy delivery, great price. There was a fault with the cooker hood on fitting, but a quick response was given from the company advising us to contact the manufacturer (Baumatic). As the purchase was though eBay I was apprehensive as to whether the guarantee would be valid.I am pleased to say that there were no problems with this; an engineer came out the next day and all was resolved. Would definitely purchase from this company again.”
