I ordered a outfit for my trip coming up back in October, if I had known it would be coming from Ireland I knew this was going to be awhile. Going on 3 months now, crazy emails response and still no package. Guess I will call this a lost and my last scam for 2024.

This company should not exist. Made a pre-order for the game, and then found these reviews so I was stuck. They first said the delivery was going to be delayed, and then when it was posted I waited for their 3-6 business day window to pass. Unsurprisingly it passed, and nothing was received. I messaged their live chat and they said "sorry to hear that, feel free to claim a refund". Almost as if this happens so often they have canned responses for this. This company is a SCAM, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. You might think you save some money, but your will NEVER receive your item. I can only pray you find this review before actually placing an order.

Hopeless customer service and incredibly unhelpful. My expensive electric toothbrush developed a fault within the warranty period. I had to post it back to them in Denmark (yep, they’re not in the UK after all) and was told I’d have a resolution within 3-6 weeks. Somewhere between their hub in the UK and their warehouse back in Denmark, it’s gone missing and it’s now almost 10 weeks since I posted it back. They will not reply to emails bar the odd 1 in 3 and after much chasing up, and they’ve offered me a refund (the cost of the brush is now £30 more than I paid) or for me to continue to wait ad infinitim with no confirmation of when they’ll deem the parcel to be lost. They also won’t chase it at their end. Very very poor behaviour. Will never buy from them again.

Well I said I would come back on if parcel arrived. It did today after 20 days. I Got an email today telling me it would arrive in next few days as they had found the missing pallet. But I got it today. So their inner communication not very good. I’m happy I’ve finally got my parcel. Customer service via live chat was rude and parcel simply took too long to arrive. Wont be ordering again from Cool shop . Customer service was not good

I’ve put order for cat food 5.4 k but the tracking number was not working and I’ve never recovered it then I realize they are not based in Uk and the web site says .co.Uk. It’s been two weeks now the chat sit Louise leave you after I requested my money back now I’m reporting them to fraud line .

I’m writing a review as I saw there were many bad reviews, and I gave the website a shot anyway. They processed the order very fast, and the shipping took 7 working days, which isn’t too wild given it had to ship to the UK. Both items were in perfect condition, brand new and as expected. Would shop here again :)

Shocking lack of customer service and no apologies when they make a false accusation which I later proved to be wrong. They took one month to respond to the first of my 4 emails and expect me to post my expensive electric toothbrush to them in Denmark and be without it for 3-6 weeks! Why can’t it simply be sent to Oral B UK? I loathe these companies who use a ‘.co.uk’ email address when they don’t even have a warehouse here let alone customer care. It feels misleading at best.

Ordered a big lego set on the 5th Dec 2023 for a Christmas present. The website showed as in stock. Fast forward to the 11th Dec, I receive an email stating that they infact do NOT have the stock and won't be receiving it until the 20th. I then spoke to their customer service rep on their live chat. What. A. Shambles. After asking a lot of questions about whether this item would be with me before Christmas, they eventually said that items wouldn't be guaranteed for Christmas unless despatched before the 15th! Absolute joke of a company and customer service. They should be ashamed.

I ordered Lego on 11/1023. Payment was taken immediately on 12/10/23 I emailed them and they said I need to wait longer as it has left customs a week past Friday. I googled this site which in hindsight I wish I had done before ordering the Lego. It appears that everyone has had the same response as myself. I have contacted them and also contacted my credit card to raise a complaint and luckily I may get my money back. Always use a credit card esp to these online shops. FAKE!!!!!! I’ve been scanned once again. I’m seriously becoming against online shopping now. Happening too many times.

We ordered 2 Lego kits valued at nearly 400.00 pounds. After a week, I contacted the company to find out where they were and was told they were on the way. Today, after 14 working days, I contacted them only to be told that a mistake had been made by them and the kits had been returned. I asked them to re-send but was told they were now out of stock. What happened to our kits then? When where they going to contact me to explain? These kits were for my (twin) nephews birthdays. I have now ordered from a reputable company - John Lewis for just 10 pounds more which I should have done in the first place.

I pre ordered a game so that I would have it on the day of the release. This company claimed to get the games a few days before the release date so that they could send them 48 hour delivery through Royal Mail, ensuring that we got the game on the day of the release. This was the scam which I trusted. What actually happened is they "sent" the game the day after it's release and sent me a Royal Mail tracking number..... but as the days passed I started to wonder where my game was and I was told to wait around 15 working days for it! It turns out this company is not based in England like the website makes it look like, they are located in Denmark. So if you live in England apparently it takes between 2 and 3 WEEKS for the game to arrive, instead of the 2 to 3 days they promised when I purhchased the game in the checkout. There was nothing about needing to wait 3 weeks at all. What is the point of a pre-order for a new game for it to arrive 3 weeks later? Customer service was friendly enough but could offer no help, no cancellation or refund, couldn't track the tracking number because it doesn't exist with Royal mail. Anyway the game still hasn't arrived and it has been a little over 2 weeks since the release date and about 3 weeks since I placed the order. Still waiting.... I have no idea if it will ever arrive or not. The tracking number was fake so that's a big warning sign I am being scammed I think. I got confirmation from Royal Mail that it wasn't one of their tracking numbers. Today I bought the game from the PS4 store. I wish I did that to start with .

This company is run by thieves. They took my money but never sent my game out. Buy your game from a reputable company. This company is a scam site and cannot be trusted. You will never receive your game. Better throwing your money in the bin and that way you don't have to deal with their useless customer services.

Company never sent the game and the tracking number was a fake one. Customer service could only tell me to keep waiting. I had to get a refund from my bank.

WARNING EVERYONE! This game website is a complete scam. They take the money but don't send the game out, do not trust. They would also not refund money, I had to claim through my bank to get my money back.

THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM… THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM COMPANY. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND PROMISE 48 HOUR DELIVERY BUT THE GAME NEVER ARRIVED. After 4 days customer service told me to keep waiting and it would arrive soon. After 9 days they told me that I need to wait up to 15 days. After 15 days they told me that I need to wait 15 WORKING days but the game never arrived and customer service never refunded my money, I had to do a claim through my bank. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! Buy games from a reputable seller.

I ordered the Soda Stream Terra for £59 with no extra postage to pay. Excellent value if you don't mind a wait for your order to arrive. If you want excellent service next day delivery and all the perks, go and buy at full price - if you want a bargain you're in the right place. I'm delighted with my purchase - £27 cheaper than the nearest alternative supplier for the same goods I could find.

Felt inspired to do this as the reviews on here were so bad it got me terrified I'd used a fraudulent website. My product turned up 10 days after they shipped it (11 days after I ordered it), which was within the 6-12 day window they gave me. There was also a warning when I bought it that it might take this long as it was coming from overseas. The website is super easy to use and the tracking links/information were as good as it gets. Constant updates available. They offered the cheapest price online for the product I ordered and it turned up in perfect condition, very well packaged. I am very happy and wish I hadn't read the bad reviews.
