“Fantastivmc experience with them. Great service and the products are amazing and always delivered on time and packaged well. Only negative would be itd be great if there was more flexibility on apportioned amounts. So you could by a specific amount not sure prd portioned amounts.”

“The product is really good and I really liked the idea to use/eat only organic meet. However, due to the price of the product, unfortunately, I cannot buy as frequent as I wish. I would like to recommend you to recicle or review the amount of gel pack that come with the product, due to the cost and due to the environment. I received many gel pack and I needed to throw all of them away.”

“Great delivery package with recyclable packing liner and very stout box. So far just had the lamb. Mutton pieces made a splendid stew. Simplest recipe and just three hours cook with veg, thyme and juniper berries. Mouth watering stuff.”

“It seems very organised and so far the produce has been good however I’m disappointed that I didn’t get free delivery for my first order as expected and described. The young lady on the phone was very efficient and polite. If you’d like to refund my delivery fee as I requested I. The email then I’d be more than happy with everything.”

“All meat supplied always arrives as it is supposed to; frozen and well packed. The meat is always good quality. If I have a criticism it is that I cannot order the thickness of steak or the mix of meat to fat in the mince.”

“Delivery was very quick and the food was well wrapped up in ice. We love the organic chicken, very tasty and firm meat. But we were not keen on the chicken liver pate. Very good service”

“The produce is of very high quality and taste. However I am disappointed about the amount of packaging that the items arrived in. I understand about the need to keep the produce fresh in transit but I felt it to be excessive and wasteful. The portions are also very small which I feel again makes the purchasing of these items excessive due to packaging. I think it’s best to deliver such items locally without this much packaging. Thank you though for being organic farmers!!”

“The meat was delivered still frozen, package ok. But the delivery man just left the package inside the main door entrance. I live in first floor, he should leave it outside my front door entrance. It is heavy for me to take the package up.”

“PIE BOX Ideal lockdown comfort food, when you cannot buy things to make your own, or run out of steam get someone else to do te work and deliver to your door. But you know it is not "fastfood"!”

“We loved our box of Christmas goodies. Only criticism is that although great quality, bacon, sausages, gammon all heavy on the salt, wonder if so much is necessary. Most arrived too defrosted for the freezer but appreciate time of year challenges and not too much of a problem after all.”

“Excellent meat, very comprehensive website, easy to order and very convenient delivery. This is now my way to purchase meat. This time I have removed one star because they changed the way to package the product. I am not convinced about the new gel packs that have to go down the drains, and I cannot recycle the plastic. I much preferred the hydropacks. They were fully recyclable and their efficiency was sufficient to keep the meat frozen. I wish they can revert back to this. Otherwise there is still attention to keep the package eco friendly overall.”
