“I was very disappointed with the marrow bones. It was one large joint full of fat and hardly any marrow also disappointing stock bones. I have not used the lamb and stewing beef yet.”

“Delivery was promised between 8-6. It arrived at 545.. After I had left a concerned message with customer service who immediately called me back despite being closed. Really helpful guy who talked me through courier service protocol and packaging .. and then the goods themselves were brilliantly sustainably packaged. I ordered bones for broth.. Superb product. THANKYOU!”

“The beef was the most tender I have ever eaten. Just cooked for two hours in a casserole and it melted in the mouth. Will be ordering on a regular basis.”

“Ordered two packs of bones for broth but needed to order more for the minimum amount. This minimum amount would be my only criticism. Ordered a steak pack so far have eaten the. T-bone, lovely! Bone broth is still simmering so can't comment on that.”

Hi Karen! Thank you for your review! Our minimum order is only £20 at the moment, less than at many other online (meat) companies. Hi Shelley! Thank you very much for your review. We try to be as sustainable as possible - not only when it comes to farming, also regarding our packaging. That's why we have chosen not to use polystyrene or plastic but reusable cardboard, sheep wool and ice packs. The sheep wool is cleaned & washed and can be used to fill cushions, for planting seedlings outdoor as well as an insulation for garden plants in winter. The icepacks are perfect for your picnic: just pop them in your freezer a few hours before you need them - they'll keep your goodies cold for a long time! The cardboard from the box can be recycled or used for all different kinds of transport as you can carry quite heavy items with it. We are also working on finding a way to get the packaging back on the Farm in the future to reuse it for our boxes. “Online ordering system fast and easy. Promised next day delivery. Order confirmation on the other hand suggested a delivery of 7 days later causing a major panic. All sorted once clarified that their system was inserting the wrong delivery dates”
