“I've ordered a couple of times now and been very pleased with the quality of this meat. The gluten free sausages are particularly tasty. I'm not usually a great sausage fan but these are very morish and really tender. I shall certainly be back for more. I've also had the tasty Lamb chops, pork chops, spare ribs and chicken drumsticks. All really lovely and great value for money. When the boxes arrive,, they are very well packed with lots of ice bags and a pretty ribbon (which I keep in my sewing box for future use - lol)”

“Only just received my order. Very efficiently processed and delivered on the day. Extremely well packed and still frozen. Put straight from the box into the freezer. Looking forward to sampling the meat which has to wait until our return from holiday.”

“Very prompt text to apologize that beef stock bones had just run out and asking us to phone; I suggested holding the order till they were available and was told the order was already in the van! Prompt agreement to refund and no harm done. My wife made the call and was full of praise for good customer service attitude. The meat was here the next day. Haven't eaten it yet but the service is excellent [and was on my first order too]. Full marks. Looking forward to when the bones are back!”

“I had ordered the chicken carcass's for next day delivery. I received a phone call to say they would not be with me the next day as they had only just been introduced to their portfolio and would not be in stock for a few days yet. I received a further phone call to say they were being despatched but because they were fresh in they would not be frozen when delivered. Delivery arrived on time and goods were well packaged and very fresh. Excellent customer service and goods yet I thought the half shoulder of lamb a little over priced when I saw the size of it. However I will definitely be using this company again.”

“I'm about halfway through my box and so far I love it. The meatballs are expecially yummy. I see it's coming soon but some chicken would be great. Also, your email asking for this reviews states you get a 15% discount but the body of the email says 10%. Either way, I will definitely be ordering again soon”

“I ordered an Eco Box which I found great value for money. There was a slight issue processing my order as one of the items wasn't available, although I did receive an email offering to switch the item with another. Service seems very good, though perhaps organisation could be better to ensure all items are in stock? (just being picky) The box was well packed and everything was frozen solid, thoroughly impressed with the packaging. So far I've eaten: The breast of lamb (served as a Sunday roast, too fatty for my liking but tasty none-the-less. Perhaps I didn't cook it very well, but quite a considerable amount of the lamb was unedible, there was just too much fat) The ox liver (not a big liver fan but it was probably the best I've tried, cooked with bacon and onions in gravy) the flat-iron steaks (sliced thinly and served raw in a Vietnamese noodle soup, fantastic, succulent beef) and the skirt steak (served medium and very well seasoned with some baked sweet potatoes and steamed green veg; a phenomenal steak) I still have the half-rack of lamb and the beef mince in the freezer so can't comment on these, but judging by the quality of the other items, I've little doubt they'll be just as good. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Coombe's again in the future - already looking forward to trying my favourite - Rib-Eye Steak! Quite pricey but then, you get what you pay for and animal welfare is very important to me, as is my own health. Thanks, Coombe's Farm!”

“This was the first time I have purchased fresh meat over the Internet. I found all my dealings with Coombe to be excellent. Service over the phone was friendly and helpful, delivery exactly as promised and the quality of all cuts of meat: mince, stewing steak, joints of sirloin and chateaubriand superb. I will definitely re order from Coombe and would have no hesitation in recommending to others.”
