“Coral posted a French cup football fixture, twice on the same coupon; the spelling of the two teams was different on the two entries and this appeared to be a simple error on there behalf. I placed my bet 10 minutes before the kick off time, and these being cup games (anything can happen) I did not look at the form and just selected a number of teams for a daft accumulator. As it happens I ended up taking the home team on one selection and the away team on the other entry, which as I said was the same fixture advertised as two different games.
There was no way I could win this accumulator (I had both teams to win the same game!), just after kick off I realised my error and contacted Coral to void this bet and this is where Coral customer service lived up to there very poor standard of customer service.
I initially contacted them via live chat, after explaining the query (and obviously confusing the half wit at Coral) the person I was 'chatting with' just disappeared. He didn't respond to my query, my prompts for him to reply, he just ignored me. I was a little annoyed at this and decided to call them, after speaking to another Coral employee, who agreed my query was valid but unfortunately was not authorised to void my bet and would speak to another department and email me the response. 24 hours later and no email, I called again and went through the query once more. After I passed to one department after another, and spent the best part of an hour on hold, they cut me off!
I was annoyed at this, as you might expect, so I called again and asked to speak to a supervisor. I was in no mood to speak to another idiot, and was not going to explain my query yet again, I told them I was unhappy about being kept on hold and wanted to speak to his supervisor; guess what, yes he put me on hold! He came back and said the supervisor cannot leave his station and would not speak to me, fukcing unbelievable!
All of this for a lousy £3 bet, not a great deal, but it was the principal that mattered. I bet over £1000 a month and do not expect to being treated like a fool by somebody masquerading as a customer service representative.
They incorrectly advertised the one game as two different games on the same coupon and were unwilling to admit it, they treat you very badly and should be embarrassed to call themselves customer 'service'.”

“Well where do I start............
I've been a loyal Coral customer for nearly 20 years both as a "walk in" punter & more recently with coral connect and online gambling, as my work keeps me too busy to use my local shop at times.
It all started with with the connect offer of, stake £5 in shop and receive a free £5 online bet. An offer I thought was fantastic. So when I received the text message saying I had qualified for my free bet I was more than happy. That was until I logged into my coral account an hour to later to find out there was no sign of any free bet......
"Not a problem" I thought. "It will be there tomorrow"
24 hours passed and still no bet. Not a problem I thought, I'll call them on the help line..... 4 hours layer and after I had been hung up on twice, I got to speak to somebody about my missing free bet. And without any problem the operator had my free bet into my account......
Happy times you may think. NO...... You see I had already missed all the football 3pm kick offs so I decided to use my free bet on the "over 1 goal in the 1st half" market in the AC Milan v Juventus game. During the match there was a 1st half goal which, after much arguing and a yellow card was cancelled out. How ever Coral had paid out winnings into my account. I knew that I hadn't won but never the less I tried to withdraw the money........... The next moring I checked my phone to see if anything had changed. Not to my surprise Coral had sent me a further email informing me of their mistake.
I now have to say, I wasn't that disappointed to discover they had cancelled my withdrawal sighting that it would have "put my account into a negative balance"................. Amazing I know.
But I figured that since I had
clicked the wrong button a few times myself and placed bets that had I given more attention to what I was doing I would never had made. However everytime I've done this I put it down to my own stupidity and never once felt the need to ask anyone at coral for my money back. But then we all know full well that coral would never give it back anyway..........
So Coral hold all the cards I thought. Maybe an explanation as to how things with the online gambling had become so messed up would help set my mind at ease.
So I sent an email asking just how & why things had got so messed up because I was begining to doubt if having an online account was worth all the hassle I had been through.
Coral responded not with a simple apology, which would have made me happy, but instead by closing my account. Brilliant news I thought 20 years and rather than a simple sorry. Coral would rather offer nothing in way of an explanation but throw me away like a filthy rag.
But alas both Coral & Lana felt it was best for us to split and go our separate ways...........”
“When I wrote the review I ticked the box so corals had my email and have just checked my emails and surprise surprise nothing from corals they really don't care about there customers in any shape or form I have been through lots of these reviews and it's the same thing all the time corals refusing to pay up on acash bet or refusing a cash out option when they clearly advertise a cash out option and can you believe it I went to work today and 3 people also had no cash out option shame on you corals profit before people”

I was told to come out of the page I was on and go to my personal history I said I didn't want to leave page due to previous loss of information.
