“I put a 50 pound bet on a team In play at odds of 8/1.. It offered me less than 20 cash out.. My team scores in first half.. Offers me 170 the other team scores in first half cash out goes low again... Second half my team scores in the 64th minute no cash out ... No cash out all the way up to the 86 minute when the other team scores.. You would of expected at least a 250-300 cash out up to that goal with 5 minutes left... Disgusting!!!!

“I won just over £1000 on the betting machine and was told that I could only be paid in cash which, apparently, they didn't have. I've won similar amounts before and had no problem in getting the money paid to my card so called customer service who took half an hour to confirm that I could be paid by alternative means by which time I was on my way home. Back to the shop next day and the hostile, aggressive assistant told me that he couldn't pay me and didn't know when he could. Another 20 minutes to customer service helpline got a call to the shop and a further 20 minutes wait till I got my money. I spoke with a lady who told me as much as she could about the connect card on placing my bets ( Cheltenham week so obviously busy) set it all up no probs
Got some good offers but couldn't access them because the email for 3 days did not come through!
No problem with my email so what happened? Tx came through with offers but couldn't access any free bets through Cheltenham week
What stood out was the level of customer service I received from the staff at the Diss shop who phoned through to get me the bet on Thistlecrack at enhanced 12\1 and their follow up phone calls to finally get the account sorted despite being busy

“A majority of the time when your bet is successful the coral connect system does not install the winnings into your account ! This means daily you have to go to the coral local bookmaker to get them to correct it in which case what is the point of having an online account with coral ? “This gambling site is by far the worst site going they give you false advertising say that yiu control your bets but as soon as the bets in your favour they take your control away for instance I had accumulater going 5 teams ever team was winning apart from then bang they scored my potential pot was 549 from a 5 pound stake and there was 15 mins left of game time . They took away my cash out option which going by account showed that I tended to play safe so they judging my play safe judgment denied me of my control to cash out .They done this twice as i put a bet on the same team to draw and they did but guess what they took my cash out option away again and they scored again after the 90 mins leaving me with nothing it made me think that they new the game score and that's why they never gave me the option but safe to say I will never be using them again oh and there customer services that's in tireless waste of time . “Avoid this con at all costs. I have been betting in Coral shops for over 30 years and was talked into taking the Connect Card. Because I am not a complete mug I used it sensibly and built up a bit of a fund. This led to all my "privileges being withdrawn and them paying out 40% less than I expected on a recent bet compared to putting the bet on in a shop. When I queried this online I was told it was a business decision and there was no appeal. There may not be any appeal Coral but the ordinary punters like myself and my little syndicate can make our own business decision and not put another penny through your greedy little hands. Seriously folks avoid this like the plague!”
“Avoid! On 12/1/16 they advertised a promotion "bet £10 on a Premier match, get a £10 free bet. I, and according to complaints on their Twitter feed, many other people, did not get the free bet. We were told by Coral that our accounts were restricted so we were not eligible for offers, but given no reason. We had not been informed of this before, we only found out when we asked Coral's live chat why we had not got our free bets. I was told I had not been informed because it was too difficult because there were too many of us to inform. So there you have it - by their own admission Coral enticed many people to place a bet with a false promise of a free bet!”
