“This Italian silk scarf is so well made, with a rolled hem and a beautiful and unusual design in colours that will suit me and the clothes I wear. So I was very glad the Cotswold Collection restocked the scarf and I was able to order. Also the waiting time shown against the item until due back in stock was very helpful. “I'm sure my jacket is very nice. Alas, for the time being it seems to be trapped in the warehouse of a business here in Switzerland that allegedly exists to facilitate e-commerce. It's now been there for seven days and the Swiss postal service is still waiting for it to be released so that they can send it to me. I have, of course, paid for it long ago, but so far, none of the three businesses involved seems able or willing to tell me why I still haven't received it and when - or if - I might. I shall review the jacket itself later ... if it ever reaches me. This one-star review concerns the delivery 'service' only.”

“As usual I am very pleased with my purchases. I like the quality and the classic styles suit me. Once ordered I do not have to wait long for delivery and it is very convenient having items delivered to the local Post Office as I do not like parcels left on the door step. There are no problems with returns and refunds. An excellent service.”

“Received an email stating I would receive another when item dispatched. This was never received which resulted in me making contact after a few days wondering when I might expect the item, which in the end arrived the same day.”
Thank you for your review, Barbara. We're sorry for any confusion regarding the dispatch email. You should receive one from us when it leaves the warehouse with Royal Mail tracking details and then one from Royal Mail with further delivery details, but it may have gone into your 'junk' folder.
