“The trousers I bought in the Spring are lovely. The top I sent back was lovely colour and lovely fabric but the neck didn't "sit" properly and the inside of the neck wasn't finished well.”

“The last item I boughtwas a very pretty dress, in my favourite colour, orange. The design and fabric are good and up to the usual standard. Unfortunately for me, it was on the large side in the bodice and had to be returned, to my disappointment. This is a very rare occurence in my thirty years plus of buying with Cotswold Collections.”

“Colour nor fabric not as expected, though still acceptable. The crotch to waist measurement is too long, very unusually. If I turn them up at the waist they’re ok . I may regret not returning them. They are a bit more evening wear than day wear.”

“Cotswold Collections is one of the few places where I can find good quality 25ins trousers. The fabric and quality were as I hoped. The legs were unexpectedly wide... not a good look on a slightly overweight very short woman. I regretfully returned them. I was annoyed later to find the leg half width in your brochure. If your website had shown this I would not have ordered. Retailers would save themselves and customers time and money if they gave as full measurements as possible. I appreciate that you give the length of knitwear. Length of sleeves would also be very helpful. On the topic of sleeves... PLEASE some dresses with sleeves to cover the elbow. In many older woman the elbow and just above it look more unatttractive than the upper arm.”
