“I bought two Heritage pleated tartan skirts - the green and navy check and the red check. They are both beautiful colours and the material is of an excellent quality. The only problem I had was with the navy one. I already had a tartan skirt which I bought last year in size 12 and it was a good fit as à I like to tuck in. In view of this I bought both skirts in size 12. The navy skirt was far too big so I returned it for size 10 which is much better, although still a bit loose. The red one, apparently the same size 12 as the navy one, was smaller. In fact it was smaller than the size 10 in navy. Something seems to have gone wrong with the sizing this year. I got there in the end but it is very annoying having to return items.”

After seeing a product in an advert that I thought would suit my wife, I checked it out on line and it was found to be out of stock. I rang Customer Services (late on a Saturday afternoon) and had a pleasant conversation with one of the team. I was informed wait time could be around 9 weeks for re-stock. I placed an order anyway. The item was received just 3 weeks later! Whether new stock arrived or, the item in size required was tracked down, I dont know but, that is amazing service!
It looks good and is very well made. Wife very pleased with it. Fit is good for size.
