“Items are always packaged beautifully with easy returns if necessary.
The only problem for me is at 5ft tall items are often too long including jackets.”

“My purchase of two pairs of trousers started well. I particularly wanted size 12, length 30". They arrived quickly. The comfort jeans fitted fine but we're too short. When I measured the inside leg it was only 29".
The pair of trousers although labelled size 12 they were much larger and definitely wrongly labelled.
I have now received refunds but am disappointed .”

“This came in a smart box and wrapped in tissue paper nicely sealed. Exciting. On opening there was the most glorious jacket, in an a light red colour and the most beautiful fabric.
