“I did not receive the item I had ordered but was sent another style in a different size to which I ordered. I was very disappointed, I have been a customer for many years and feel the quality and standards are not as good as they once were.”

“Always good quality but I usually only buy in the sale now as I really cannot afford to pay full price.
I would mention that I always have a look and often buy when I receive notification from you of the sale. Then about a week later when I have viewed, ordered and received I receive your sale booklet through the post. I think that, if you cannot get your booklets to folk when the sale starts, it is a waste of your money and probably doesn't help many folk who do not have the internet as the best will be gone.”

“Communication regarding delivery date is almost not existent. There is an email saying the package was shipped but no more emails or information added to the website regarding delivery dates or tracking numbers. I have no idea when to expect delivery of the black skirt I ordered.”
Thank you for your review Ms Hill. I have looked into this and can see that you are ordering to the USA, where our automated tracking isn't currently available but if you would like an update our customer services team can always provide this for you.
