“Items were brilliant and just as described - thank you! However the instrument set I ordered as a Christmas present comes in a cardboard box and when delivered the cardboard box was totally defaced from being bashed about in transit. I have managed to make it look acceptable with a heavy book to straighten it out and lots of sellotape! Shame it wasn’t wrapped in some bubble wrap. Otherwise quick and reliable delivery. Thanks!”

“The toy is delightful but was delivered to the wrong address and took a while to reach us. Cottage Toys were very helpful in contacting the courier company and eventually managed to trace it down and get it redelivered.”

Hi Diana, Thank you for your message. I am sorry to hear there is an issue with your delivery. I have spoken to DHL and they confirmed that the parcel was signed for at your address on 13.02pm on the 04.08. I have asked them to investigate this further and also speak to the driver as they have told you they delivered to a different address. “I am an overseas purchaser wanting delivery in the UK. It was relatively easy to navigate the site, register and make my purchase. The follow-up emails were prompt, succinct and clear. I do not yet have information from the recipient about delivery. It would have been nice to have been able to identify the items as Christmas gifts.”

“Absolutely love love love the rose gold Incy cot bed, great quality and looks as stunning in real life as it does on the pics. Suggest the instructions to put it together are checked again as they are not totally correct but it’s fairly easy to work it out. I pre ordered in Feb and received it in late June my only feedback is that it would have been helpful to get progress updates on the shipping as it’s disconcerting paying so much money and not hearing anything for months.”

“I purchased Hank in a Bag. I was disappointed with the sizing of the product. I thought it would be bigger but it really is a sweet and well made item. The product page included options for express posting which I didn’t select on this case but wouldn’t have been helpful as the item wasn’t available until the following Monday anyway. Overall, I love the selection of products on Cottage Toys and they are always my first port of call to check for gifts for my daughter or her friends.”
