“A very well built product for my 4 year old grand daughter. I bought this as a christmas present which will be well received. My daughter in law researches all of her purchase for our grand daughter to ensure their suitability.”

“We do love Cottage Toys but when we put together the product (Le Grande Garage) realised that it was not the correct one with a pull down level on the side. Our other garages have broken with the twist mechanism so wanted to buy this one but it wasn’t clear from the pictures that this wasn’t the newest version with the pull down lever for the car lift.”

“I bought the BigJigs My First Doll House from here and it arrived well packaged and in good time. Thank you. The roof of the house does have some slight paint damage which is a shame as it’s quite obvious on the roof. However this is not the fault of cottage toys, I feel it should have been picked up on by BigJigs when packing.”

“I recently purchased the little Dutch dolls house from cottage toys. As this was a Christmas present for my daughter and I hadn’t purchased anything from them before I made contact with a few questions before hand. They were very prompt with a response and answered all my questions. The product arrived earlier than expected and we’re very happy with it. Perfect dolls house for my 3 year old! Will definitely use cottage toys again”

“I ordered a balance bike for my little granddaughter. It arrived within just a few days and my first inspection suggests that it is exactly what I wanted. The saddle and wheels need to be secured but that is Daddy's job on Christmas morning. Excellent service - thank you very much.”

“I had a problem with checking whether my order had been delivered to its destination as the tracking dried up. I contacted Cottage Toys who were very quickly able to send me a photo of the parcel outside the delivery address which was excellent service.”
