Hello Anne, sorry to read your review. Since this is not the way we treat customers I have checked our emails right away. I can see we got your email on the 30.11 to which we replied on the 2.12 apologising for the damaged toy (couriers issue) stating we are going to replace your toy, therefore your review stating you have not heard back is misleading. We are in the process of arranging a replacement toy for you as advised. Kind regards CT&I.

“I have ordered Tender leaf dolls house furniture twice through Cottage Toys. The delivery was super quick, the prices were cheaper than anywhere else and Tender Leaf toys are beautifully made. I will definitely use Cottage Toys again.”

“I sent you an email yesterday . My order arrived last week, but I’m concerned that a message came yesterday from Shippy pro, saying that my order is on it’s way, suggesting another toy garage is coming! I don’t understand this, otherwise the service has been fine. Jean Douglas”
